The villa is located 1000 m (less than 10 min walking distance) from the beginning of the promenade and the Atlántico shopping center which has a big supermarket, clothing stores, restaurants, a movie theatre, a bowling alley, and other play areas for kids. The nearest sand beach is located in that same area. The villa is south-facing and well protected from wind.
