La villetta di Heidi è un piccolo gioiello, situata in una posizione tranquilla e riservata ma vicinissima (5 minuti di auto) alla cittadina di Porto Azzurro dove poter trovare tutto il necessario (supermercati, ristoranti, negozi...). La vista dalla casa è meravigliosa e lo spazio esterno è perfetto per rilassarsi e godere della natura. La casa è piccola ma pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort ed accogliente, perfettamente conforme alla descrizione e alle foto fornite da Heidi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La nostra cagnolina ha adorato il giardino e la spiaggia per cani proprio sotto la casa! Unico piccolo neo per quanto riguarda le nostre abitudini, è stato il fatto che non era possibile oscurare completamente le stanze da letto e dunque la luce la mattino ci svegliava abbastanza presto! Heidi è stata sempre estremamente veloce e gentile nelle riposte e, anche se distante, disponibile in ogni momento in cui abbiamo avuto bisogno di lei.

Bellissimo appartamento, pulito e ben curato nei particolari, con una bella e comoda terrazza. Ottima posizione con vista mare spettacolare, con una scalinata di 60 gradini si è sulla spiaggia. Comodo posto auto. Paola e suo marito, padroni di casa eccezionali, simpaticissimi, accoglienti e molto disponibili. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Giovanna is an excellent host! Everything was exactly as advertised, and meeting her was a treat! The neighborhood is quiet and quaint, plus just a short walk to the sea! A couple of restaurants close by, very walkable to all the Livorno spots. We took the bikes and had a pleasant cruise along the shoreline! Also - we very much made use of the record collection and turntable… such a fun addition to our stay :-)

Everything as expected: great location, spacious apartment for couples, very nice hosts, we will definitely be back.

Tommaso ist ein netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Bei der Begrüssung hat er uns einen Korb mit Produkten aus seinem Bioladen geschenkt. Er hat sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns Gästen in seinem Haus gut geht. Er hat uns die Gasflaschen für das Warmwasser gewechselt und auf Wunsch die Heizung eingestellt und mehrmals nach unserem Befinden gefragt. Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gefallen, eine top Lage direkt am Meer. Die grosse Terasse und der Essbereich hat uns zum Verweilen eingeladen. Im Haus ist alles zweckmässig im Landhausstil eingerichtet, die Küche klein aber fein, die Schlafzimmer und das Bad genügten unseren Ansprüchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unsere Ferien geniessen.Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Castelioncello. Danke Tommaso für alle deine Bemühungen und dein angagietes Auftreten. La location è speciale, riserva una vista unica e una vivibilità eccezionale... si vive una privacy totale immersi negli odori, suoni e colori del mare!!!

Fantastica vacanza Mattia è un super host, la casa è spettacolare e dotata di tutti i confort Molti pulita ed accogliente e’ in una posizione strategica sia per andare al mare che per visitare i meravigliosi ed antichi borghi toscani Non dimenticate di visitare il parco della Maremma con la splendida spiaggia di Marina di Alberese A Castiglioni della Pescaia ci sono ottimi ristoranti sia di pesce che di carne Da provare! Ara Macao e’ una casina deliziosa che ti invita a ritornare ……. Ed è gestita veramente bene da Mattia

Très beau logement, hôte réactif, très attentionné et aidant, répond très rapidement si besoin. Environnement calme, paisible, éloigné de Porto Santo Stefano mais compensé par une vue paradisiaque. Les très gros atouts sont le solarium, la vue spectaculaire de la terrasse, la plage privée à 1km. Malgré nos 2h de retard à l’arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marco et sa femme. Ils ont de plus accepté de venir plus tôt à notre départ pour des questions organisationnelles. Nous recommandons à 100% et nous reviendrons.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa splendida casa a Porto Santo Stefano e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti. La casa è moderna, elegante e impeccabilmente pulita. La vista mozzafiato sul mare è semplicemente incredibile e rende ogni momento speciale. La posizione è perfetta, comoda per esplorare la zona e godere delle meraviglie locali. Ogni dettaglio è curato e non manca nulla per una vacanza al mare indimenticabile!! Torneremo sicuramente!

ottimo soggiorno in ambiente tranquillo e curato nei minimi dettagli. casa estremamente pulita e ordinata. gli host incredibilmente cortesi e gentili, hanno soddisfatto le nostre richieste di sistemazione, facendoci sentire come a casa. Ottimo soggiorno Bellissima località, molto privata e tranquilla specialmente a giugno. Ideale per famiglie. Un appartamento molto comodo e piacevole, con una vista spettacolare. Un Grazie a Mauro, sempre molto gentile e disponibile.

È stato un soggiorno splendido, la casa bellissima e la piscina ancora di più. Laura è stata gentilissima e disponibilissima. La descrizione non rende, la realtà è ancora più bella! Vivere la casa è come vivere una vacanza nella vacanza. Non ci è mancato veramente nulla. Grazie!

Dalla finestra....il mare! Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa nell'appartamento a Cala Piccola, nell'Argentario. La location è semplicemente perfetta, immersa nella natura e con una vista mozzafiato sul mare. La spiaggia privata è un vero gioiello, con acque cristalline e un'atmosfera tranquilla. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo!

Fantastisk beliggenhet og uteområde! Vi likte spesielt godt bassenget, utsikten, at det var flere sittegrupper og nærheten til sentrum. 10/10 Innendørs var det ok, så for oss var det uteområdet som gjorde ferien strålende! Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Wir waren 10 Tage zu zweit zu Gast. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Sie liegt im Grünen in einer kleinen privaten Siedlung und es ist ruhig. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Induktionsherd aber keinen Backofen. Vom Balkon hat man einen sehr schönen Blick aufs Meer. Da die Unterkunft etwas abgelegen ist, ist ein Auto sehr empfehlenswert, um in den nächsten Ort, zum Beispiel zum Einkaufen, zu gelangen. Auch die Pools am Meer hatten im September noch geöffnet. Die kleine Bucht eignet sich super zum Baden und Schnorcheln und ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz vor dem Haus, aber man muss etwa 30 Treppenstufen gehen. Elisabetta war immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hatte Tipps und Empfehlungen und war schnell erreichbar. Tipp: alle Lebensmittel immer gut verschließen und keine Krümel am Fußboden liegen lassen, sonst kommen schnell Ameisen. War bei uns aber kein Problem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke.

Parfait séjour chez Annet. Proche de la belle plage Fetovaia. Ce fut parfait pour notre séjour avec nos 2 enfants.

Maria Rosaria is a lovely host and her place corresponds to the description given. Welcoming, clean, close to the seaside. The kitchen is well equipped and everything in the apartment works perfectly. We stayed during winter and the heating was spot on. We have a little baby and Maria Rosaria also arranged a travel bed for her, which worked great. Both Maria Rosaria and her son are very responsive and present through the chats, the communication is extremely easy. The flexible checkout was also appreciated! I absolutely recommend, especially for families!

Punta Ala is a perfect place for a vacation. There are lots of coniferous trees, which provide a really nice temperature. There are plenty of beach clubs to choose from and some tennis courts. The streets are really clean. The supermarket, pharmacy, clothing store and restaurants are a few minutes drive from the house. The villa is quite big, all cutlery and dishes are available. The dishwasher and washing machine are both working well. The internet has really high quality. Frontyard is a really nice place for eating and there was also plenty of food. Generally, our stay was very pleasant.

There aren't enough stars to rate Casa del Capitano this was our second stay and we live in the state of Washington USA, it's a bit of a jaunt to get there but it is sooooo worth it!!!! It's not just a place to stay, it's an experience of a lifetime. Michael and Andrea have taken on an unimaginable task of turning this spot into something magical, truly there are not enough words to describe it. The view, the interior, the comfort, the added touches are extraordinary, the sauna, the spa, are beyond perfect and did I mention the view....absolutely breathtaking!!!! The town with the most charming restaurants is the best, we planned our 4 week trip so that we ended with Elba, Monte Grosso and its incredible hosts, it was hard to leave but God willing we will return someday soon...xo D&D

Siamo stati molto bene in questa casa, posizione stupenda e riservata, casa accogliente e provvista di tutto. Elena molto disponibile e pronta ad intervenire in caso di necessità.

La casa di Margherita si trova a letteralmente dieci passi dal mare, ancora più bella che nelle foto. L’alloggio è pulitissimo e molto accogliente, si dorme sentendo il rumore del mare. Margherita è stata disponibilissima e ci ha fornito moltissimi consigli per visitare la zona. È stato un piacere soggiornare nella tua bellissima casa e saremmo felici di tornare alla prossima occasione! Grazie per tutto 😊

Le foto non rendono, la casa e’ bellissima e in una posizione pazzesca! Alessandra è’ stata molto gentile e disponibile e sul posto Andrea è’ stato gentile, disponibile e amichevole. Appartamento pulitissimo e munito di tutto il necessario, patio esterno bellissimo e piacevole, 10 passi e si possono mettere i piedi in spiaggia… ogni sera si cena con davanti un tramonto pazzesco.
