If you're in the mood for nature, relaxation or outdoor activities... Casa Raposa's lodges are made for you. Our 30m2 lodge is a large open-plan living area with a bedroom, lounge and kitchenette. The bathroom is enclosed for added privacy :) Enjoy a 20m2 south-facing terrace all day long. This lodge has a double bed and a comfortable single sofa bed. You will stay on our lovely farm, sharing with no other guests. Close to The Serra da Estrela Mountains, lots of beautiful river beaches and historical cities. It is a traditional, cozy and private granite cottage situated in a quiet river valley surrounded by woodland, birds and wildlife, with EXCLUSIVE use of our salt water pool. the house is good for couples, families (with kids) we do not charge more during holiday times, same great price all year, and pets (but please check first).

The house is located in the Mondego River Valley on walking distance of a beautifull isolated riverbeach. A great place to get away from the stressed world. Excellent for a couple or an individual who loves the simplicity, purity and silence of nature. The house includes an open kitchen and living room, a 11 m2 mezanine for sleeping, an outside shower, compost toilet in a 5000 m2 forest garden with granit boulders, natural structures, sculptures and chillout places.

Our tiny house is built by ourselves using several natural building techniques, such as strawbales, clay, lime and sand. The tiny house has a superb view on the valley. The small kitchen has a gas stove with small oven, sink, water and fridge. You can sleep in the double bed on the mezzanine. There is a woodburner for chilly days or nights, a table and outside chairs. All furniture is home made! There is a composting toilet next to the tiny house for private use.

Kom genieten op onze quinta in een oase van rust. U verblijft in een volledig ingericht houten chalet. Tussen Seia en Oliveira do Hospital, buiten het dorpje Meruge. Uitzicht op de hoogste bergtoppen van Portugal (Serra da Estrela). Het chalet staat op een eigen ruime kavel, omzoomd door wijnstokken. Zon- en schaduwplekken. Op het terrein is een privé-zwembad/zonneweide. Wij ontvangen u graag met een flesje Portugese streekwijn. BEM-VINDO.

Inside an old shale haystack, a new, more contemporary and welcoming space has emerged. It is a studio that extends outside, where there are dining and leisure areas. The Tryhouse has panoramic mountain views.

Cabin By The River

Private wooden cabin in an off grid farm, overlooking the river Ocreza. 15 min from Castelo Branco, the cabin is a cosy 26m2, with a double bed and extra small double matteresse. It has a kitchenette, outside compost toilets and field shower. The dirt road to the farm is about 2km from the village of Palvarinho.
