REGLAS DE LA CASA SOBRE FIESTAS Y CONVIVENVIA 1- No se aceptan reservas para grupos de jóvenes, despedidas de soltero/a. 2- Indique la composición del grupo y la relación entre las personas: número de adultos, niños y edades. 3- Está estrictamente prohibido celebrar fiestas, poner música, hablar en voz alta o realizar cualquier actividad que pueda interrumpir el descanso de los demás vecinos. En caso de no respetar las presentes normas, se aplicará la normativa para apartamentos turísticos. In this floor there is also the kitchen and the toilet room. Upstairs a bedroom with 1 double bed (1,50 m) with an excellent mattres. From the main bedroom you have access to the terraces and the bathroom with the shower. Wifi 2 Smart TV with internet access (1 bedroom and 1 living room). 2 working spaces for 1 person. Balconies. Lifting centre table to be used as a dining table. Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, Nesspreso coffee machine, kettle, and everything needed for a pleasant stay. Washing machine. One toilet room downstairs and one bathroom upstairs, with shower. The city center is pedestrian. Would you arrive by car, we can offer a parking lot in a building less than 5 minutes walking distance for 21 euros per night (open 24 hours). Please, note that Seville is a city under construction! Although the beautiful protected historical area (where this flat is located) has lasted thousands of years, the city centre is not a museum :-) On your visit, you will notice that the historic city centre is very much alive with many sevillians going about their daily work. Seville is a big city and its centre can be very vibrant at times. During your stay, you may hear early morning construction in a neighbour building, hopefully on its final steps. The entire building has been completely renovated in 2019 to offer you all the comforts and the latest technology. This spacious and comfortable apartment, has a maximum capacity of 4 people and is located on the first floor of the building. It has air conditioning (hot / cold) and free high-speed WiFi connection. It has 1 double bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen Smart TV. The living-dining room has a very comfortable double sofa bed; as well as a second flat screen Smart TV. The kitchen is open to the living room, and has all the necessary utensils to store and prepare food. It has a fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave with grill, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster; as well as a complete tableware with kitchenware, plates and cutlery. The living room and bedroom have a balcony overlooking a quiet pedestrian plaza in the city center. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with shower, hairdryer and personal hygiene amenities; as well as a washing machine with a dryer function to wash your clothes at any time of the year in a comfortable and fast way. The 3-storey building has a roof terrace with a common terrace open from 5th April to 2nd November. On this terrace we have a refreshing Jacuzzi-pool, solarium area with sun loungers and outdoor furniture.
