Bow Hunting Paradise/Forest Retreat-Arbuckle Lake

Enjoy the beautiful forest view from the large deck & tall living room windows. A gas grill, fire pit, dry sauna, Wi-Fi, and TV (including Netflix) are also available. The house borders the Chickasaw National Recreation Area (CNRA), which allows bow hunting (behind my house) & gun (1 mile north). Boat docks & swimming areas are nearby at Arbuckle Lake. You will be a short drive from local attractions:CNRA, Turner Falls, Arbuckle Wilderness, Chickasaw Cultural Center, and Artesian Casino, & Spa.

Our cozy cabin sits on the edge of a small 10-acre private lake near the Arbuckle Mountain area, making it the perfect location for your fun family vacation, small group retreat, or romantic getaway. Relax on the back deck, fish off the private dock, or enjoy the lake in one of the small boats provided. Gather around the lakeside fire pit for a perfect end to the day. Little Niagara Falls, Travertine Nature Center, Turner Falls Park, and the Bedré Fine Chocolate store are all short drives away.

Our massive pavilion with indoor waterfall and huge river rock fireplace is perfect for your outdoor living. We only allow 1 dog for an extra fee & must be leashed when outside ( Neighborhood rules) & crated when alone. MUST BE HOUSEBROKEN! We do not allow any ATVs to be ridden in our neighborhood. Per city code. You may bring them to ride at by crossbar ranch.

The upstairs rooms share a full sized bath. Launch your boat or access the lake at the end of Landing Road (350 yards), or at Eagle Bay Boat Ramp (1 mile drive). Enjoy the spacious covered front porch and cook on the flat top grill. Kayaks can be made available to responsible guests at no cost.

For your enjoyment, we provide ring toss, corn hole, a basketball for the basketball hoop, a hammock, two fire pits, and a hot tub. While the indoor space is comfortable and beautiful, the outdoors has plenty to do both at the cabin and nearby.

BlueCat is on the Washita River in rural OK. Stay for a couple’s getaway, fishing trip, or just R&R. A modern log cabin on 130 acres, surrounded by Mother Nature. Enjoy the firepit and outdoor shower. Kayaks are included. You will have easy access to the pond and river. Seeing elk and bald eagle are common. Mushroom foraging in the spring. This ranch cabin is in the middle of the Arbuckle Mts. A creek is 150 feet from the cabin. A shallow 8 x 10 pool is great for cooling off in the summer. The hot tub is hot fall all year. Trails go through the woods, by the creek and up a mountain to a valley overlook. This is a perfect retreat for nature lovers, not partiers. There is enough to do for a memorable vacation!
