My girlfriends and I have chosen to stay here three years in a row for our annual girls weekend, which should tell you all you need to know. Clean, friendly and responsive hosts, great location for getting away to the quiet but easy drive to restaurants. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Miguel and Daniela’s home! The house was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. From cozy nights by the fire to peaceful mornings on the deck overlooking the water, everything about the experience felt easy and rejuvenating. The location is private and quiet, yet still close to local activities, and the views are absolutely stunning. The kayaks, games, and outdoor amenities made it easy to enjoy time together both inside and out. Miguel was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and proactive throughout our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene escape in nature

My wife and I just returned from this property. This was our fourth consecutive annual visit and we have already reserved for 2025. When it comes down to it, there are only 2 things that are important and draw us back time after time. 1. The home and its views: We have had the opportunity to stay at a number of New England Airbnb/VRBO properties, this is the only one we want to return to, over and over again. Its popularity makes it difficult to reserve- please ask yourself why? The home is delightful, comfortable, affordable, well equipped, clean, private and with a view of Sargent's pond that never stops mesmerizing us. If you are an outdoor action or more of laid-back type - no one will be disappointed. 2. Andy and Emily are the quintessential hosts. From the welcoming package, including doggie snacks - they think of everything. They are kind, honest and thoughtful people who want to ensure your needs are met but are never intrusive. We sincerely trust and thank them.

Overall, the experience was excellent. The house was spacious and welcoming. Unfortunately it rained our entire stay, so we couldn’t use the outdoor equipment as much as we wanted to but the house was well equipped with other entertainment for times when being outside isn’t practical.

Monica is an incredible host and did an incredible job with this Airbnb. She has such a beautiful home and clearly thought of EVERYTHING! We would love to stay here again and will recommend this home to all our friends and family!

What a beautiful house in a perfect location - near Wolfeboro, near mountains. and gorgeous view of the lake. The house was in perfect order, clean, well-taken care of and comfortable. Nadia was responsive to all questions in a very timely and friendly manner. We had a terrific time and couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Beautiful, unique home for a large group! Myself and five friends, along with two dogs, stayed here for a long weekend. We’re already talking about coming back next year!

This is the second time we have stayed at this home and needless to stay we are just as impressed as the first. The space is very clean and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here. Jennifer is very responsive and gives great suggestions for places to go. We will be staying again in the future!

This place was really nice! Its on a beautiful lake with a lot to do! Jessica had plenty of kayaks, canoes, and life vests. The surrounding is beautiful and peaceful. The location is great with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. It's also very close to many great hiking areas Mt Washington.

This was our second time as a family staying. This place just just magical. The quiet, the view and memories made are forever in my heart. We love the location on the lake. We cannot wait to come back for round 3!!! It's just perfect!

My husband, 15 year old son and I stayed at Jim & Janet’s cottage #5 last week. I could not recommend it more! We had the best time. The check In/check out process was smooth. Jim & Janet are wonderful, friendly hosts who are super communicative. The location of the cottage was amazing being directly on the lake. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The access to the paddle boards and kayaks was great and made for a lot of fun days. The cottage’s close proximity to Alton Bay is also a plus because it’s such a cute and easy to navigate area with a few restaurants and great scenery. The hosts’ local recommendations were spot on. We couldn’t have asked for more with our stay. The cottage was the cleanest rental we’ve been in so far. We got so much in that we wanted to and also relaxed with the beautiful scenery. It is such a hidden gem! Thank you Janet and Jim! We hope to return again!

Melissa tailors her home for the perfect experience. The house is decorated to feel like a home and is full of cute, rustic lake house decor. We especially loved sitting on the porch or by the fire pit. The house is well-stocked with everything we needed. Plus, Melissa provides great recommendations for where to go around town during the day and where to eat. Overall, a great place to enjoy nature and the nearby lake.

Ben’s place is an absolute gem, far better than the photos suggest. Our group of friends had an incredible time here during Thanksgiving. The house is exceptionally spacious, making it perfect for accommodating large groups comfortably. The highlight, however, is the breathtaking view of Lake Winnipesaukee. it’s truly one of a kind. Highly recommend this spot for an unforgettable getaway!

my partner and i stayed here to just get away from reality for a couple days! this lakeside cottage is the perfect place to do so. we couldn’t decide if we wanted to go out and about or stay right in the cabin, it was so peaceful! thank you for hosting!

Fantastic home! Quiet, very clean and spacious. Ideally located just minutes from the scenic Kancamagus Highway and Settler’s Green. The inviting living room features a cozy fireplace that warms the entire home. The large basement offers a wonderful game room complete with a pool table, foosball table, and Wii video games.

Our family had an amazing stay in this beautiful Fryeburg home! The house was spotless, cozy, and surrounded by stunning scenery. We loved how peaceful it was, yet minutes from great shopping and restaurants. It’s perfectly located between Maine and New Hampshire, making it easy to explore both states. Highly recommend we can’t wait to come back!

We celebrated my sisters birthday at Adams place and I can't tell you how many times we all uttered the words..."I just want to stay here forever"....The inside was loaded with lots of comfy couches and chairs with huge windows overlooking the pond and mountains. It was such a peaceful environment! The wood stove was a plus and kept the house nice and toasty. The kitchen was fully loaded and lots of book options for those who forgot theirs. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of throw blankets for when hanging in the common areas. We want to stay here again!!

We had a wonderful time. The place was comfortable and offered everything you needed. The association beach was great my grandchildren had a blast! It was close to everything and we were able to easily do things in the area and still spend time at the beach in the afternoons. I would definitely recommend staying at Paige's place.

Cabin was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. It was an easy drive to the nearest towns, but still far enough away to have privacy. Check in/check out was super easy and Catherine was friendly and easy to communicate with. We spent a day right in the lakes area (Squam and Winnipesaukee) and then drove up into the White Mountains for a day of hiking. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Catherine's place.

We had a great weekend getaway here. We both needed a mental reset, and that is exactly what we got. Communication with Sal was easy, and always got a response almost immediately. The house was clean and perfect! It was very dog friendly and had a nice yard we could let the dogs play. We would definitely stay here again. Directions to the house were so simple and an easy drive.

We had a fantastic long weekend at The Conscious Cabin! The house is incredibly well taken care of, super clean, and exactly as advertised. Cassouki did a great job of leaving instructions exactly where you needed them! The cabin was so incredibly cozy and just a short drive to North Conway Shops and anything you would want to do. Already planning our next trip there!
