Best Airbnb stay we have had ! Catherine/Kevin were great at communicating all about the check in and they were super flexible. When we arrived they had a care package for us with cookies and wine and a frozen pizza and a bundle of turf The hot tub was as a great addition. 3 minute walk to the local pub with trad music and great food ! This place is a true gem - we are definitely going to come back !

Grace's house was a real treat! Nestled away in the trees overlooking the river made it feel so private and peaceful. The house itself was so cosy, clean and inviting but had plenty of space and different areas to relax. The grounds were amazing and the kids had a ball discovering the swings, hottub and reading shed. The whole place was magical and we were sad to leave. Grace was very responsive to any communication and made us feel so welcome. The house location was a great base for some of the stunning sights Donegal has to offer and we were very close to many beautiful sandy beaches. This house was the best airbnb we have ever stayed in! We can't wait to come back, thanks so much Grace

We had a fantastic time at the property and blessed with some amazing weather. The kids absolutely loved the carts and games room. It was perfect for our needs. Very well equipped and would certainly return.

I booked this trip for our anniversary,all we wanted was peace and some down time. We got exactly what we were looking for, we had everything we needed at hand. Fabian was very responsive and nothing was a bother. The cottage was immaculate and cosy....just perfect.

Beautifully located lakeside property. Spacious private outside area with hot tub, fire pit with amazing views over the lake. Good layout with good sized living space for 6 people. 3 good sized double rooms & en suite or bathroom next to each. Beds very comfortable. The mezzanine bedroom has screen for privacy & we took portable black out blinds which worked well, however a sleep mask is provided. Well equipped kitchen for self catering & second fridge in the utility room for drinks. Nice bottle of bubbles on arrival. Great host. Super location for exploring with easy access to many beaches & local towns. Great pub close by.

Had a lovely time staying in this cottage. Simple but beautiful 😇😊 Enjoyed the scenary around the cottage. Perfect place for spending relaxing time with your friends and family. Hot tub in the backyard was a bonus!

The most perfect cottage and stay in a stunning location with glorious views! Hannah’s Cottage was faultless! The beds were super comfy and everywhere so well Kept and clean. Laura was a wonderful host. The welcome hamper was a lovely surprise and there were some lovely little touches to be found everywhere in the house including the instructions for everything. The hot tub was fabulous and so clean with the most stunning views. We wanted for nothing and there was nothing we would change! One of the best self catering places we have ever stayed in and hope to be back one day!

Michael and his wife were extremely welcoming and very informative about the local area. They left a very generous welcome package which was very much appreciated after a long day. We only stayed for 2 nights, but the place was absolutely spotless, was warm, homely and worth every penny. We plan on returning and look forward to it - if you're considering booking then you definitely won't regret it!

We’re just home from another fabulous stay at Cosy Cottage, wish we could have stayed for a couple more days! Everything was perfect, except Tuesday’s weather but that’s Donegal! Just back from a relaxing break and highly recommend this beautiful place. Noreen and Rory were lovely, down to earth people and i even got to cuddle Rory,s brother,s pet lamb! Our dogs had a blast too with a huge front garden and nearby forest walks and beaches. Will be back for sure. Thanks Noreen, Rory and Bruno their lovely sheepdog!

This was a beautiful home. everything you needed was there. House was spotless and clean. The views were beautiful from the house. Shop was just down the road so easy for getting the things we needed for staying at the house. We went to a pub which was a bit of a distance for walking but local taxi services were always on hand and local taxi numbers were available at the house on who to contact as well. All in all a beautiful place to stay and I would highly recommend this house and would go back to stay here if visiting Donegal again.

We absolutely loved Paivi’s home, unbeatable location with incredible ocean views and access for beach walking, swimming. The home was super comfy, the sunroom a beautiful way to meet the morning sunshine. Paivi was super helpful and responsive, a great host, thank you June the goat was a joy, we fed her some apple each evening

We had a lovely time at Harben cottage. It’s very comfy inside and beautiful views outside. Great area for hiking and the town was just a short and pretty walk away. Would very much recommend staying here!

A fantastic stay at Rosies Cottage for my whole family & our dog. We felt instantly at home & the cottage was super clean & so homely. Made even better by wonderful hosts always happy to help with any local information etc. Close to some beautiful attractions without feeling to touristy. Would definitely recommend & we will mostly certainly go back again.

Laura’s house was warm and modern something that’s important for Christmas stays. House had everything and was well decorated for Christmas which was nice especially for my own daughter. Laura was a pleasant host to communicate with and I would have no hesitation recommending her property. Thanks Laura!

Dorothy’s place was in a great location for us visiting family for a reunion in Enniskillin. Dorothy was flexible with our arrival and communication was friendly and clear. She welcomed us and provided a few details and to tell us she was next door if we needed anything. We never needed a thing and didn’t see her again until checkout but I left comfortable knowing she was close by. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 (parents and 3 kids ages 23, 20 and 18) to have space. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms and kitchen clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor space is beautiful with all the flowers and 2 picnic tables and chairs. We were lucky to get some beautiful weather during our stay to enjoy the lovely views from the house. Dorothy provided many pamphlets of local activities — we hiked the Stairway to Heaven (beautiful but it lives up to its name with a lot of stairs) and some played a round of golf at the Faldo course at Lough Erne. Overall a beautiful few days.

If your looking for the Irish experience Cecil’s cottage is the perfect setting, remote but all you need within a 5 min drive…. Unfortunately we weren’t blessed with the weather but we soon forgot about that when we arrived to a roaring peat stove and a view that you could never tire off… Communication with the family was very prompt and helpful…. If we plan to be in Buncrana in the future, Cecil’s cottage is where we will be….. Thanks to all the family….👏🏻👏🏻

1A Lage, super tolle Unterkunft mit bequemen Betten. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und Cornell ist ein sehr freundlicher herzlicher Gastgeber. Es gibt sehr viele schöne Strände in der Umgebung

It’s the second time that we stay in this cottage, it is so peaceful and quiet. The cottage has everything that you need and more, it feels like home. We loved it here and spent the days discovering the stunning area and then coming home to a cozy place. We will definitely come back!

We stayed in Daisy Cottage with family as a gift for our Mum’s 60th birthday - we wanted somewhere we could bring our 2 dogs & relax with family near the beach. We had a fantastic time & the hosts were great at keeping in contact if we had any queries & making sure we had everything we needed! Bernadette was there to greet us when we arrived & made us feel very welcome! The cottage was private which we loved & Tramore beach was only a 3 min drive away which was by far our favourite spot! We had the best day there & came back to enjoy the sunshine at the cottage. It felt like a home from home & was so cosy with the log burner in the evenings. We would love to come to stay again in the future as it was such a wholesome place to be, stunning surroundings nearby & a great place to spend quality time with loved ones ☺️ Thank-you for a wonderful stay!!

loved our stay here. great clean house in a beautiful location. within walking distance to carrickfinn beach, nice restaurants not too far away. we would highly recommend staying here and hope to stay here again.
