Z Shack

Z Shack is part of local history. In the 1940’s concrete barracks were built for Camp Gordon Johnston to house soldiers training for D-Day off the shores of Dog Island. Z Shack is part of what was once barracks, now a renovated condo. This unit is nestled in the middle of a row of condos with privacy fencing on both sides. Our unit is small dog friendly, but each pup visitor must be approved before booking. Sorry, no cats, we love them too but the litter box mess is too hard to keep clean.

Gone Fishing, Close to Coast Cottage

This sweet completely renovated 2 bd/1ba 1940"s Officer Barracks is now the perfect vacation getaway! Super close to awesome fishing, beaching, boating, seafood restaurants, shopping & chillin. 3 miles to St. James Bay Golf Resort, 4 miles to Carrabelle, 8 miles to public beach. 31 miles to St. George Island, 34 miles to historic Apalachicola! Large fenced yard w/gas fire pit and BBQ grill. The whole family will love staying at Gone Fishing. Pet friendly with Pre-approval Only and $75 pet fee.

Four story condo located in a river front community making it the perfect family getaway. Magnificent, unobstructed pool and hot tub views with easy river/ocean access just seconds away! Beautifully decorated, everything included for your comfort. Large enclosed porch with plenty of seating for reading, T.V. or sports event! Great area for friends and family. Public boat ramp is adjacent to property, making it easy to launch your boat for the 15 minute ride to both Dog and St. George Islands.

Sunshine Beach Bungalow (aka Shore Beats Workin)

Make some memories at this welcoming, serene, family-friendly escape! This spacious bungalow, located in Lanark Village, is only 10 minutes from the entrance to Carabelle Beach and 30 minutes from the white sandy beaches of St. George Island and the beautiful town of Apalachicola. Next door to Lanark Village is a boat dock, convenience store and country club with bar/restaurant. Carrabelle also has a boat dock, marina, restaurants, and shops. Sun, sand, seafood, and relaxation at your door!

Recently restyled spacious penthouse corner condo unit boasts 3 large bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. Affectionately named the 'Caddyshack Condo' guests will step into a classic comedic movie-themed unit with all things inspired by the sport itself. The Residences offers a private gated entrance, community pool & spacious parking if also towing a boat for the launch a mile down the road.

5 min from the beach- Fisherman’s escape!

One bedroom, one bath condo at the landings in Carrabelle Florida. Amazing fishing & beautiful friendly town. Condo has a fully stocked kitchen, king size bed, twin size bed that opens to king, modular sofa & futon in the living room. Two TVs , one in the living room, one in the bedroom. Pets welcome, however there is a $50 fee to cover cleaning fees. 5 min to Carrabelle beach, 30 min to St George Island, 15 min to Dog Island by boat. Located on the river off of Hwy 98 in Carrabelle, Fl.

St. James Sanctuary

This lovely condo on Florida's "Forgotten Coast" provides guest with a beautiful view and tranquility only seen in this area of Florida. Located in St. James in Franklin county, you are 44 miles from the Tallahassee airport, it is convenient to a big city, while set in a quiet, rural beach area. You are only minutes from St. James Golf club, Carrabelle (7 miles away with public beach), St. George Island, Panacea and Apalachicola. Swimming not recommended (more like a bay).

Anchor Aweigh with views of the Carrabelle River

Excellent location in Carrabelle FL! Come experience Carrabelle and all it has offer! This one bedroom condominium offers a great view of the Carrabelle River and all of the beautiful boats docked at the Moorings marina. Anchor Aweigh offers fantastic views of the sunset and is walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, and a grocery store (IGA). *Anchor Aweigh is on the 2nd floor and is not handicap accessible* Carrabelle is a fisherman's haven!
