Beautiful accommodations on the water. Close to FSU if you are visiting a college student which we were. Little bit of a drive to St George island beaches with shopping and restaurants. Worth the drive.

Great condo rental for a family vacation. Owner has home well labeled. Kitchen & bedrooms felt bigger than they look in the pictures. Our kids loved the WARM water on the outdoor shower. Several beach necessities available for use in the utility closet. It’s the little things that make a beach trip with littles great.

The second story condo, was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for two older adults bicycling in the area on a short stay. There are two pleasant and private balconies. One overlooks the bay and the other overlooks the boat docking area. We enjoyed sitting at the table on the bay balcony for snacks, coffee and the big water view. Pleasant breeze and few annoying sand gnats. You do have the same expansive view from the inside as well, which is a nice retreat. This gated grounds area has several different buildings. All seem well kept and it was very quiet on our weekday stay. It was convenient to the bike trails we wanted to ride and the two state parks, Bald Point and Ocklocknee, that we wanted to visit. The internet access was adequate for us, we did have to reconnect occasionally. The place was spotlessly clean and we enjoyed our stay in a low key part of old Florida that is fast disappearing. Would return for another visit. Easy place to like.

probably the cleanest Airbnb we've been to.. but no open restaurants in area... if I have any suggestions it would be to replace sofa with something more comfortable

Beautiful condo, would highly recommend! We have stayed at this complex before, first time in this unit, and absolutely loved it. The host was great to work with and very responsive. The condo was beautifully decorated and we love the location as it’s right across the street from the beach. The beach was not overly crowded for a holiday week and the complex was very quiet. Can’t wait to go back.

Perfect location for our family and little. Literally on the beach. Major help was beach cart and beach gear.

Stayed in Condo 402, was absolutely perfect for us and a our friends! First time staying in Mexico Beach, so peaceful, not a tourist destination.

I would like to say that the hosts location is very convenient to Carrabelle and all its fishing and beach offerings. Our host went out of her way to rectify an issue upon check in and was in constant contact with us throughout until resolution was found. Would not hesitate to book one of her properties again! I really enjoyed my stay—this is a fantastic place! Every inch of the home feels fresh, with stylish and interesting finishes that give it a modern, welcoming vibe. It was super comfortable and had everything I needed, from thoughtful touches to well-stocked essentials. I especially loved relaxing on both the front and back porches, and the entryway made a great first impression. The host was responsive and everything was exactly as described. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place.

Only wish we had known about all the steps but my legs feel great (lol) after our stay! Loved location and dog friendly places in town! Great food and friendly people! Recommend some hooks and a landing location inside the unit. Very quaint and comfortable place!

It was a great place to stay- steps away from beach, everything that you need is provided! Only wish I would’ve known that Mexico beach is NOT dog-friendly. Had to travel a mile down to Gulf county line where the beach is dog-friendly. But it still worked out and we had a great time with our family of 4 and our pup.

House was beautiful. Golf course was beautiful, if your golf. Both pools was clean, almost private, beach wasn’t that close but within 15 minute drive.

wayward Winds #3 was perfect for our visit to SGI. The beach was just a short walk away. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for four adults and an infant to relax. We enjoyed the outdoor space after the sun went down and the AC was amazing, especially during the recent heat wave (felt like 114). I had an issue getting the code for the lockbox and the host was super quick to respond and very nice. Turns out it was my fault, I deleted an email that contained the info🤷. Very cute place with an awesome old school beachy vibe. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place and host. It was a very short walk to the beach/ocean and the pool was a great when there were red flags on the beach. If you have more than 6 people, you may want to bring towels and washcloths as there are enough for 6. That is the only ‘complaint’ we had! Overall had an amazing time and would stay again!

Everything about this home was amazing and exceeded my expectations! It was beautifully decorated with high end furnishings inside and out. The pool and courtyard area was beautiful, although it was too cold to use in Feb. Access to the beach was so convenient for taking walks on the beach. Also, the elevator was helpful for our 12 year old dog as she has trouble going up stairs, especially after a long walk in the sand. We enjoyed the breathtaking views and gorgeous sunsets on the back deck in the porch swing every evening. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and look forward to returning again soon. This is one of my favorite rentals! Roomy, clean, beautifully decorated, huge balcony. You open the door and the pool is right there in front of you. The beach is right across the street and food trucks are right down the road. It was perfect!
