Beautiful, High End Condo w/ Amazing Mtn Views!

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The Timbers are a great spot to plan your family vacation! Ski in/ski out, on the shuttle route, beautiful mountain views and spacious luxury homes! This beautiful home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two mud rooms and two living rooms. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room with gas fireplace, upstairs features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, downstairs features a 2nd living room, bedroom & bath!

Luxury Townhouse, Beautiful Mtn Views! Sleeps 10!

You will not be disappointed when booking this new luxury townhouse for your next vacation! This townhouse is tastefully decorated w modern decor & features 4 bedrooms (sleeps 10), 3.5 baths, 2 living room areas and a gourmet kitchen. Enjoy stunning views of the Crocker mountains! This condo serves as an excellent base for your outdoor adventures. Nestled in the mountains, it offers close proximity to the Carrabassett River as well as outstanding golfing, hiking and biking trails. The two-story residence features three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, complemented by a fully stocked kitchen and a cozy living room, ideal for family gatherings. This townhouse is located on Main Street. Sleeps up to 6 Features a kitchen, dining area, living room area with a fireplace and deck with grill. Amenities include washer/dryer, cable, internet and a shared fire pit near the water. Walk down a short path to beautiful Rangeley Lake and swim from the dock or bring your boat! This condo has a boat slip and shared kayaks,kids kayaks and paddle Board.Walking distance to most restaurants, shops, park, ATV/snowmobile trails, theater.

Sugarloaf Mt: on the mountain, indoor pool

Note: the sauna and hot tubs are NOT available in the summer and fall. On a dead-end street abutting Brackett Brook in Snowbrook Village, it is quiet and secluded. We are right next to the cross-country skiing, walking/hiking, mountain biking and snowshoeing trails. Walk approximately 700’ (2-3 minutes) to the Snubber ski lift or take the free shuttle that stops at the corner of the road and our parking lot every 20-30 minutes, depending on time of day.
