It's the perfect set up for a single or couple with separate bedroom, bath, living area and kitchenette. The apartment is up one fight of stairs. Private and located in the quaint community of Waterlily just 30 minutes from OBX and the Virginia line.

Our newly renovated 2 bedroom condo ONE block from the boardwalk accommodates 6 people and is also perfect for families. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV; one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed. There is also a pull out sofa bed in the living room along with a large TV. This is a 2nd floor unit with one designated parking spot. Plenty to do for the whole family with the beach, boardwalk, shopping, restaurants, amusement parks, and many more activities all within walking distance.

It offers unparalleled views of magnificent dusk and dawn skies over water as you are surrounded by a variety of wildlife. Inside, the cottage has an open concept with one large room and a separate full bathroom. Walls of windows offer panoramic water views that embrace you the moment you walk through the front door. An ideal getaway retreat for couples, or a family with small children.

The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment. Approximately 800 square ft. of intimate living space with spacious deck for getting closer to the sea and sky. I provide all the clean linens .Please have prior reviews and be over 29 years of age.
