It is a sofa in the day and can be a bed for night. It fits one adult or two children. The apartment is on ground floor. There are a few stairs, but a ramp also which makes the entrance easier for elderly guests with mobility limitations. Professionally and thoroughly cleaned before every guest's arrival.
