A fully detached 800 sq ft craftsman-style cottage built in 2018, lots of light and amenities! Parking on site for 2 guest vehicles. The cottage and the owners home are on a large corner city lot, divided by parking area and owners yard. The private cottage yard includes an herb garden, blueberries and a patio. Easy bus ride to downtown and Pike Place Market and a 12 minute walk to the vibrant Greenwood center. Green Lake Park is 1 mile away and very popular with the locals and their dogs.

Our cottage has an open loft style floor plan. Spacious, quiet, and light filled. 1.5 baths and 2 stories. Modern and elegant finishes on everything. Main floor has 1/2 bath off kitchen, and there is a full bathroom with shower near the bed located upstairs. It is a stand alone “guest house” in the back yard of the main house. Private parking right near the front door! Yard has fire pit, outdoor furniture and BBQ. A hidden oasis, right in the middle of the Ballard neighborhood.

Find your landing place in a botanical boutique nestled on a quiet neighborhood street centrally located near one of Seattle's most sought-after neighborhoods: Ballard. Surrounded by old growth Cedars - a peaceful oasis without the bustling sounds of the city! Stocked with the necessary amenities for relaxing getaways to business trips, including a full kitchen and coffee/tea bar. The Roost is a completely separate unit (no shared walls) located in the backyard of our 1906 farmhouse.

Full kitchen including cookware and refrigerator, microwave, stove, fresh coffee beans and burr grinders for pour over. Full bath, iron, hair dryer and essential supplies are provided at house. Dedicated working desk, 55inch TV and a sofa for your entertaining in living room, or walk for a Peninsula view.

Explore Seattle with our free on-premises parking! Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet close to Ballard Ave (6 min drive) and downtown Seattle (18 min drive) with great transit options within walking distance. We are a few minutes drive from Golden Gardens beach, Sunset Hill Park, and Greenlake.

This home is super clean. Broadview is a special urban community that is 20 minutes to DT. This retreat is 800+/- sq ft. Spacious, light-filled rooms. Close to Carkeek Park, bus-lines, grocery stores and eateries. High speed, Internet. Longer stays I can offer a discount. The min. stay is 3 days. The guest area is part of our home but separate & private. The sofa opens to a queen-size $75 extra for bed if needed. All artwork was selected and signed by local artist.
