Welcome home! You’ve made it to Island Mountain Arts’ (IMA) Artist-in-Residence building, which we have lovingly come to refer to as The Nest! After housing studies and fundraising, The Nest was acquired in 2014 to host visiting artists and artists-in residence throughout the year. During down-time, the space is rented out to friends like you, who are hoping to discover more of what the wonderful world of Wells can offer. Your stay with us in the Nest supports the Arts in Wells.

With direct access to hiking/cross country ski trails and a stones throw to some of the best fishing lakes in the area, there's plenty to do year-round.
