This cozy, freshly renovated 1960s farmhouse is located on a working ranch - a perfect place for a Canadian Vacation. Whether you want a break from the city, or close access to 2 National Parks, Glacier view Cottage will give you a peaceful, family friendly retreat in the country. Glacier National park - St. Mary - 30 minutes Waterton Lakes National Park- 45 minutes US border - 5 min Cardston, Alberta -15 minutes north Large yard with playground, trampoline, sandbox and patio with fire pit.

This house boasts lovely views from large windows in a quiet, 3 bedroom walkout basement with high ceilings. Each bedroom has a full bathroom ensuite. One bedroom is handi-accessible. Full kitchen, laundry facility in suite and hot tub! We are a 10 minute drive to Waterton Lakes National Park 20 minutes to the townsite, 1 hour drive to Lethbridge, 2 hours from Calgary. Waterton is a mecca of hiking, backpacking, cycling, kayaking, fishing and relaxing in the great outdoors . NO PETS PLEASE!

The bed is suitable for one person only (1 meter wide) The backyard is an oasis where you can enjoy a morning coffee or a quiet evening drink. Our place was designed for families . We gave the yard a campground feel with a large bilevel deck, blue-tooth speaker surround sound, two sitting areas, a hot tub, two fire places (propane and wood),zipline to a landing platform, and a slide from the platform to a sandbox for kids. The yard is very spacious with lots of room to play. The inside was modernized and includes wifi and smart tvs in every room with a large leather sectional couch for easy visiting.

Magrath is a Wonderfull town. 45 minutes to Waterton park and 20 minutes to Lethbridge. There is a Pharmacy, Sash Pizza, 2 banks, post office, hair salon and seniors centre. Outdoor swimming pool and play grounds. It's a small safe community great for kids. We use Hypoallergenic laundry soap and free and gentle fabric softener for all our towels and bedding.
