The Blonde is small and mighty with an airy studio feel but packed with all of the necessities of a full sized home. This stay also includes its very own nature trail! Come ready to see lots of wildlife and explore Southern Illinois! Our 2 treehouses are secluded but do share a property!

Waterfront cabin on the beautiful Lake of Egypt! This property is located in a very private area of the Shawnee National Forest in Tunnel Hill, IL. You can relax by the lake and watch the wildlife or just enjoy the views from the built-in sunroom. This lake cabin is also located near the wine trails and is the perfect getaway to enjoy the lake amenities, hunting, fishing, zip lining, rock climbing, hiking, biking, and enjoying nature at its finest. Sorry, no parties or events allowed.

Contactless Check-in. This cottage has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It's private, tranquil setting is surrounded by nature. A queen bed with luxury bedding ensures a peaceful stay. The cottage comfortably accommodates 4 adults with the additional sleeper sofa. The kitchen includes a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster and coffeemaker. A cozy gas fireplace inside, and the large patio, gas grill, wood burning firepit, and a shady hammock compliment the outdoor space.

Carbondale Pool House - Sauna, Hot Tub, Dogs OK

Rated in “Top 1%” by Airbnb, the Pool House is a separate cottage surrounded by gardens and swimming pool, with retro "Danish Modern" furniture, a gourmet kitchen and plush beds. We have recently added a Finnish Sauna and Japanese Ofuro Soaking Tub. We accept well behaved dogs for a fee of $35 a night. We allow only guests and friends of the Pool House on the grounds, gardens or pool. Hosts are Jane, anthropologist and D. a retired photojournalist for the New York Times.

Personal outdoor space with firepit & comfy adirondack chairs. Entrance to wandering trails right outside your back door. Perfect place to retreat and renew.
