Three of Seattle's best coffee shops, plus over a dozen restaurants, bars, shops and a supermarket are just one block away on Broadway. Beautiful Volunteer Park is a lovely walk people and pups. Gorgeous updated 1902 Dutch Colonial with unique loft-style feel. You have entire main floor with outdoor patio. Perfect for a couple, two couples or single relocating (with lots of storage), or friends/family up to five. Both bedrooms have new queen beds with their own full baths (one with a two-person shower, the other a tub), with Starck low-flow toilets. Beds have locally made high-quality down duvets with allergy protectors on mattresses and pillows and quality soft microfiber sheets. Extra-long couch in living room sleeps a fifth guest. One bedroom has a long couch for an extra guest in-room. Pack-n-play crib for infants/toddlers. Amazing modern, wood and stainless sun-drenched kitchen has Jenn-Aire gas stove, farm sink, stainless built-in fridge and huge oak island. My wife is an amazing French trained cook, so the kitchen is well stocked. Living room has 50" 4K TV with all streaming services and a gas fireplace. Forced-air central heat and AC keeps things just the right temp. Washer/dryer in unit. Coded locks make entry a breeze. Wifi is blazing fast. Great relocation option, business or corporate stays, events or sightseeing, visiting relatives, or checking out the music or sports scene. Light rail goes directly downtown (4 min), stadiums (12 minutes) and the University of Washington (3 min). We know you'll love it here. It has a charming private feel yet access to everything. Private front porch or side patio French door entrances via keyless code. (Just a few steps up for those concerned about stairs). Amazing gourmet kitchen, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and Asko washer/dryer. Dining room has a table and chairs that can be moved out of the double doors onto a private patio for al fresco dining on gorgeous days. Each bedroom has a private bath. A guest on the living room couch will need access to a bedroom bathroom. Parking available for a car in our driveway or at a pay lot very close by if you vehicle is too large or you have more than two. If you want privacy to focus on business, you won't even know I am nearby. However I am always up for a chat, glass of wine, tasty beer or Seattle's famous coffee if you like to meet the locals. I would love to tell you about the neighborhood, city and what to see or leave you to relax in this amazing location. The hippest, oldest, diverse walk-able neighborhood. Classic 1900s single family houses close to sparkling new apartments. My house is tucked into a quiet corner of this vibrant neighborhood of shops & restaurants. Walk score rated as a Walkers Paradise & Excellent Transit. Capitol Hill station is four blocks away, ride share arrives in minutes at any hour, great nightlife, the best coffee shops in Seattle and all day and late night food & drink. It is all right outside the front door! Walk! The walk score here is near perfect at 98! Light Rail to Airport, Stadiums, Downtown malls and Public Market (Westlake and Pacific Place), Convention Center, Light Rail to the Airport (40 min), Stadiums (12 min), Downtown shopping (5 min) or University of Washington (3 min). Street Car to Pioneer Square, hospitals, or stadiums. Uber: Car Share everywhere. Car2go, ReachNow, ZipCar, Lyft and Uber always nearby in minutes and $5-10 to downtown. My wife and I have a small non-allergenic terrier rescue that we love, but... guests animals are discouraged because of the central location next to busy roads, hardwood floors and allergies of other guests. If you have one, please ask my permission first. Maddy is quiet, but does go nuts when the postman or UPS guy comes to the door.

Look no further than this fantastic property. The property is conveniently located 5-10 minutes from Capitol Hill and downtown Seattle. Perfect for college football fans you can walk to the stadium. Adorable Cozy House with Parking and Loft!

Our house is a spacious home nestled right in the heart of Capitol Hill. The custom lofted bed has a window with a direct view of the stars. If you want to get outside to enjoy the fresh air, we have a cozy little patio with twinkling lights and a grill. We also have AC! Don't underestimate how valuable our COMPACT parking spot is in the busy city! Our location is a city dweller's dream - within walking distance of grocery stores, a vibrant dining scene, thrift stores, bookstores, and more.

Beautiful historic house in Central Seattle

Beautifully fully remodeled home. 2 bedrooms 1 bath single family house on a quiet tree-lined street. Home is totally private and has a large fully fenced patio. Large kitchen is fully equipped and has high-end appliances. The house has 2 bedrooms. One King bed and one queen. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower & heated floors. The central location is quiet and has free parking. Walking distance to bars, Capitol Hill, and all the best Seattle has to offer. Cable tv & high-speed internet.
