Dream location with indoor fireplace in Gudhjem

There are very few actual summerhouses in Gudhjem. Here is one - unique - both in style and location. The nordic/bohemian vibe is thoroughly implemented throughout the house. Everything from the bedroom with the pitoresque view upstairs to the kitchen/ livingroom area with the fireplace and the french door leading to the romantic small courtyard devided into tiny patios in different levels, to the lounge area with gasgrill amongst clematis on the surrounding stone fence, just screams hygge !

Roligt byhus tæt på centrum, natur og strand

Familievenligt og charmerende hus på en meget rolig vej i et unikt kvarter. Huset er rummeligt og har en privat have med en solrig terrasse. Et dejligt sted at nyde roen efter en dag med oplevelser. Det er en lille oase med god plads til afslapning og hygge kun 4 metrostop fra hjertet af København. Ikke langt fra huset ligger også Amager strand og Royal Arena. I får selskab af Murphy, vores søde kat, som gerne vil fodres en gang om dagen. Der er nem gratis parkering ca 150 meter fra huset.

You can live in this private, modern and charming aparment, close to the airport ( 3 km - 5 min. Car ), with your own entrance, and key box for easy check-in. From 1 to 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.

Den smukke Faxe bugt og Noret lige udenfor huset sætter rammen for et helt vidunderligt sted. Huset blev kåret som vinder af programmet Danmarks skønneste Sommerhus på DR1 (2014). De velindrettede 50 m2, med op til 4 m. til loftet passer perfekt til et par - men er også ideelt til familien med 2-3 børn. Året rundt kan der bades i ”Svenskerhullet” ml. Roneklint og den lille fine ø Maderne, som ejes af Nysø slot. 10 km fra Præstø. Desuden er landskabet skabt til smukke gå – og cykelture.

Charmerende bolig fra 1832 med lavt til loftet, men højt til himlen ude i den hyggelige have. Nyd ferien med grill og solbadning i haven eller hygge inde i huset med ild i brændeovnen. Huset ligger i Borre med 6 km til Møns klint og 4 km til badestrand for enden af Kobbelgårdsvej. Der er to cykler til fri afbenyttelse til ture rundt i den skønne mønske natur. Ved ankomst vil sengen være redt op og der vil være håndklæder til afbenyttelse. Brug gerne alt hvad der er i huset😊

The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. Nyd en ferie i smukke, idylliske, hyggelige rammer i det nybyggede røde træsommerhus "Søglimt". Husets navn er lidt misvisende, for fra det store køkken alrum er der ikke kun søglimt, men derimod 180 gr. fuld panoramaudsigt over Østersøen. Her kan du sidde med et køligt glas hvidvin eller en lækker kop kaffe og holde øje med børnene som bader fra klipperne, eller blot nyde lyden og synet af bølgeskvulp og studere skibene som flyder langsomt forbi.

Luna fredfyldt og hyggeligt landhus

Kom og nyd roen på landet. Dejligt lyst hjem med udsigter til mark og skov fra alle vinduer så langt øjet rækker. Smukt lysindfald i stuen hele dagen, hvorfra der kan ses rådyr, harer og forskellige fugle. Fuldt funktionelt køkken med filterhane til renset vand og opvaskemaskine. Ude i den store have der er vild med vilje er der bålsted, gynger, trampolin og sandkasse. I huset er der babystol og legetøj.
