The house itself is located in the small village of Tierra Del Mar on a dead end street that ends at the beach. The Coho Cottage is luxurious yet surprisingly spacious with hot tub. You'll love the high end finishes and thoughtful accommodations. The 2 bed (1 queen and 1 full), 2 bath home sleeps 4. Almost every square inch is accounted for. This amazing location is just a 5 minute walk to the beach the locals call the "turn around". Convenient public boat launch is just a 3 minute walk which is great for kayaks and SUPs. The Pelican Pub is about a 15 minute walk. This home only accepts Dogs as pets.

There is a large fenced private yard with a fire pit, hot tub shed, outdoor shower, bunk room with plenty of toys and games to keep the kids busy. 3 miles north of Pacific City in peaceful and beautiful Tierra Del Mar. There are 2 queen bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom with 2 single bunk beds, 1 office work space with a pull out queen sofa; and there is space for a boat or camper.
