Gorgeous PC home with outdoor fire pit, sleeps 6-8

The Break in Pacific City, OR is a stylish cabin-like home with soaring ceilings, rustic hardwood floors, a private deck/yard with a backyard fire pit - all just a 5-min walk from one of the best surfing beaches on the Oregon coast (not to mention The Pelican brewery). Enjoy access to a network of paved trails that lead from the river to the beach and right up to the back door of the home. Relax on the deck and watch deer wander by. Prepare your meals in a fully stocked kitchen, or partake of many of the excellent local eateries nearby. The Break in Pacific City is ready for your stay. The Break is a two bedroom, two bath cabin-like home perfect for your beach get-away or surfing excursion. Enjoy a large living room with leather sofas opening up to a large wrap around deck and a back yard with fire pit. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-quality linens and bedding, unique design and furnishings through out. You have multiple points to access the beach, all a short walk away (the closest is 5 min). The Pelican brewery is a easily walkable (<15 min). All are accessible via a paved trail systems that backs right up to the property. You are also just steps away to the river with fishing and boarding available. Master bedroom on the main floor has a comfy king-sized bed, and built in charging cables for your smart-phones. Second bedroom on the upper floor has a comfy queen, and two twin beds, and built in USB ports for your smartphones. The loft overlooking the main living area is equipped with a TV area (with Apple TV, Wii, Blu-ray player) for relaxing and enjoying a movie. The loft also has a cozy reading area, and a comfy full-sized futon and bedding for an additional sleeping area if needed. You'll have full access to the entire property We are just a text away to answer questions, give recommendations, anything our guests need. We are committed to you enjoying your stay at The Break. Set in the small beach side town of Pacific City, the house is a short walk from the beach, Pelican Brewery, coffee houses, restaurants, and charming shops. Enjoy surfing scenic Cape Kiwanda (one of the best surfing spots on the Oregon coast), stand-up paddle boarding in the bay, ATV riding in Sand Lake, or any number of coastal attractions from Tillamook and Oceanside to Newport Bay. At the end of the day, enjoy a pint at Pelican or just around the firepit in the backyard. Everything is walkable in Pacific City, and there is no public transportation. There's a lot of local wildlife, and deer are plentiful in the area so just be on the look out - while driving and while sitting on the deck.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, renovated home. Situated between the golf course and the bay, 2 blocks to the beach & an easy 15 min walk to town on the dedicated bike/walk path. This house has 3 bedrooms with a trundle bed in the loft. 2 bathrooms including custom shower, soaking tub & heated floors with spa like atmosphere. Quartz countertops w/ eating island and heated kitchen floors. Wood stove, large front windows, front and back deck w/ BBQ. Well behaved pets welcome for fee.

Beautiful spacious 3 bedroom plus extra sleeping spaces, 2 bath, a small backyard with outdoor hot tub, fire pit and the property backs up to public open space with hiking trails, sand dunes and fantastic views.
