The rear yard is securely fenced for a pet dog. This is a quiet neighbourhood therefore no parties or loud music at night otherwise loss of security deposit may occur. Please be advised that no caravans or camper vans allowed on site. Bathroom has seperate shower and bath plus toilet and vanity

Through the french doors your find a small outdoor cooking station, sink and a bar. A few metres further into the heart of the garden you have your own cute little pergola with a table for two.
