This was a great place. We'd like to try it again in the warmer months. We stayed during a storm and the home was very relaxing.

We had a team of 9 for a week and the place had everything we needed! Abbie was a responsive host and the location was fantastic. Memories to be made and non stop conversation starters. One of the most fun air bnbs that I’ve been a part of over the years. Thank you!

Loved staying at this location. So close to restaurants and shops and outdoor adventures. Very quiet. Amazing views of stars. Plenty of sleeping spaces. Very responsive and helpful host!

The place was as pictured and described. It's in a nice country location, just down the road from the lake. It provided exactly what our group needed. The hosts were quick to respond to my question. The only downside was that they didn't provide shower gel/soap, or soap for the sinks. This was noted in their check-in instructions so we were aware, just unfortunate that we had to bring our own. Other than that one small thing, everything was great.

Our Family loves coming to the lake Dan! Its become our family tradition since 2020, and will remain to be our annual tradition as long you allow us :) we LOVE it out there, and always have a wonderful time! This year our friends and their family rented the other house, and they loved it just as much as we did! Thanks again, and cant wait to return!! See you next year, thank you again!!! Whenever our group comes back to Carbondale we stay at Mulberry Farm and it is truely a home away from home. Their home is so relaxing and has everything you need to feel comfortable.

We came for the River to River Relay. The house was perfect. After getting a late start and having to get up super early I was thrilled to see the wonderful coffee bar! We had to hurry and make dinner, loved that all the cabinets and drawers were labeled making everything easy to find in the fully stocked kitchen. Just sorry we weren't able to stay long enough to enjoy the tasting room. Would stay here again!

The home was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and restaurants and main roads were close to the home. Jessica was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

Great value. Close to downtown Cape. Nice neighborhood. House had coffee and a few other amenities. Hosts were easy to communicate with.

Jessica's place is exactly as advertised. The house is clean and the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. I have stayed with Jessica many times and will continue to do so. Jessica's place is a must stay and ranked at top of my list.

As this is our FOURTH stay in about 3 years, we feel right at home when we arrive. There’s always something new the owner has added—new furniture, or a new back deck to relax—and it’s perfect for our needs :) Kenyetta is always helpful and flexible, too!

This Air B&B site was actually much better than expected! The kitchen was wonderful, with new appliances and plenty of counter space. We didn't cook on this trip, but they seemed to have absolutely everything and anything that would be needed if we did. The living room was super welcoming, with comfy seating for four. And the bedrooms and bathrooms were squeaky clean! Just an FYI - the indoor fireplace is decorative and not usable. We did not use the deck (which was under construction) or the outdoor firepit because the weather was cool and rainy. However, there were plenty of places to get in some steps each morning. Also, the location to wineries and Giant City could not be beat. Our group of four decided we will definitely go back to this location!

Great location and super easy to find!! We are a family of 5 and visited family in cape over Easter Weekend. This was the perfect home for us, we loved everything about our stay from the beautiful decorations to the super comfy beds. The home is also home in a quiet neighborhood. This will now be our go to place to stay when visiting cape.
