It is nestled within a quiet community with a privately gated entrance and shaded yard. There are two parking spots for vehicles. It is half of a duplex home located 1 block from the beach with many nearby restaurants and shops. It is just 1.5 miles from the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier, 2.5 miles from Port Canaveral and less than 20 miles from Kennedy Space Visitors complex.

This large immaculate townhouse is located right on the river and walking distance to the ocean. We have 2 large king beds in the sweeping master bedrooms as well as a daybed and trundle in the large loft. It has a bedroom, living room and a full bath. parking is under carport for those tropical rainy days ( please park on the right side) it's shared space. There are two smart t.v which have Netflix, tubi, YouTube and others. the kitchenette has a keurig, compact size fridge and microwave. we have beach chairs/ towels, outside shower, hot and cold water. *cats on property!!! *dog named Lucy *ages 21 and over

Private location, just a short walk up the beach to Cocoa Beach Pier, also Port Canaveral as well as being close to Kennedy Space center. We also get a great view of all the rocket launches! Just bring your bathing suit! Not to far from restaurants, bars, an lots of things to do!
