We have stayed here many times. It has everything we need. Perfect location for us to be near our grandkids. We enjoy chatting with the friendly hosts. We'll be back for sure.

Felt right at home here. It was very peaceful. The beach was a short walk down the road and so was the town. The host also gave us some great recommendations for where we were headed. Very helpful!

We thoughorly enjoyed our stay here. It was like being back in time. This vintage hotel is sweet and very characteristic of the period . It was established in 1895. We would definitely recommend and stay again. Host, Carmen, was so accommodating and is attentive to all your needs.

Beautiful historic property with lots of charm! Comfortable and clean with great amenities. The hosts were friendly and kind with lots of local recommendations for dining out. Help yourself breakfast with lots of options. I enjoyed spending time in the sitting room with the fantastic view!

I booked a 10 day stay at Christine’s B&B for a friend. It was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment of arrival, we were greeted by the warm and welcoming host, who went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. Their attention to detail and responsiveness made us feel right at home. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast - truly an over-the -top affair! Each morning was a beautifully presented feast, featuring homemade delights. The atmosphere at the B&B is tranquil and inviting, rooms are clean and comfortable. I would recommend Christine’s B&B to anyone looking for a pleasant stay with outstanding hospitality and incredible breakfasts.

Perfect location to stay if playing Cabot Links and Cliffs. Stones throw from the beach. Would recommend the Annex restaurant which is a couple minutes walk. Will be back for my next golf trip to Cabot!

We stayed two nights and appreciated the cleanliness of the room and property. The main house was lovely and KC the doodle was an excellent greeter. Very kind and welcoming hosts. They made delicious breakfasts (I especially enjoyed the tea options and scones).

We stayed one night with Greg & Delores after travelling from Newfoundland on the ferry. What a beautiful space. Everything was perfect, we were just sorry that we did not get to stay longer. The snacks and the bottle of Raspberry & Dragonfruit wine that were waiting for us in our room, was such a nice touch. Breakfast was amazing, thank you again Delores. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area!!

I was so happy to find this hidden gem! It was a last minute find for a trip & exceeded expectations. Shelley has thought of every little thing you might need or want during your stay, down to dental floss, slippers and even a sleepy time essential oil blend. Her hospitality was unmatched and made for a comfortable stay. Her home and property is absolutely gorgeous & Daisy, Cash & Goldie were an additional treat to the trip. Shelley made sure to give us great recommendations in the area and we even found a new supper spot that was amazing. Beyond happy with my stay & cannot wait to stay there again, hopefully with more time to explore the near by beach & walking trails, cafes and more! Shelley also cooked us breakfast in the morning before we took off for work for the day which was amazing as well, accompanied by some lovely chats. I would highly recommend staying here especially if you like the added interaction of Shelley and her husband Neil as well as their dog Daisy and two horses

The inn is off the beaten path, on a lovely road, in gorgeous Baddeck. Our hosts were charming, funny, helpful, and they have a sweet doggy, Casey, who we loved to pet. The property is well-cared-for, clean, cozy, and has wide porches to relax on, a great common breakfast area. Breakfast was diverse and delicious. We only stayed one night but would love to return for a prolonged stay. 10/10!

Glen and Jan were perfect hosts. They were friendly, very helpful and made you feel like you were part of their family. The place was comfortable and quiet and clean. The breakfasts were amazing, each day was a different hot dish, to go along with fruit, yogurt, muffins, cereal and juice. Truly amazing and tasty. We enjoyed our 3 day stay here immensely and cannot thank Glen and Jan for their excellent hospitality and kind smiles. They went the extra mile to make your stay worth while. Ron and Cathy.

Greg and Delores were fantastic hosts. Their home is immaculate and our room was excellent with the most comfortable bed. We were treated to a great breakfast each morning and equally great conversation with our hosts and other guests. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and won't hesitate to return. Thanks Greg and Delores for a memorable stay.

Our first impression when walking through the front door of Nonie's home was, "Wow. This place has character!" Our room was large and comfortable, and we really appreciated the private bathroom with a claw-foot tub/shower. Nonie is a charming and helpful host. She suggested trying out a local restaurant that was superb. And she served a substantial and delicious breakfast. We highly recommend the Celtic Mansion to anyone passing through that beautiful corner of Cape Breton Island.

Everything about staying at the Cozy Fox was fantastic. Amazing hosts (Leanne and Paul) and hospitality. Leanne made us breakfast in the morning. We sat overlooking the beautiful peaceful lake the home is situated on. Just stunning. Very clean, comfortable bed, Leanne gave us great recommendation for dinner in Louisbourg. Highly recommend staying at the Cozy Fox!

Loved talking to Leeanne, she is very interesting and has wonderful stories. Her breakfast was beyond wonderful. I would stay here again and definitely tell everyone about this gorgeous place.

John and Denise were both lovely and very friendly. probably the easiest people to chat with ever. Breakfast was delicious. not a single complaint from me

The views and sounds from this place were amazing! It’s a cute room, very nice accommodations, and steps away from the beach. The beach itself was great and felt very private. The breakfast in the morning was like being at a five star restaurant. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

my boyfriend and I decided to treat ourselves to this lovely airbnb experience while on a camping trip on the island. not only were we greeted with a welcoming smile but every detail of the heritage home was impeccable. our morning breakfast and cooked for us truly took our experience to the next level. I must stay if you're in the area!

Julie's place was perfect for our five day visit. Exactly as described. She was very helpful as we planned our stay and was understanding as we came home each evening late at night. Breakfast was delicious and a fun way to meet and talk to her and the other guests staying at her home. I would recommend her place to travelers

Elizabeth n Daniel made us feel like we were family stopping over for weekend. Loved the old furniture and wood furnishings. We especially loved the cats and our rooms. Enjoyed breakfast with Bob n his stories! Media room was spacious clean and well furnished. Very hospitable and accommodating. A unique n pleasant experience!
