Beautiful apartment with spectacular sea views five minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches in Salou, Cala Crancs, with capacity for 4 people, it consists of a large double bed, a sofa bed and an independent cabin consisting of one bed. Kitchen and bathroom were renovated in 2022 and 2018 respectively. It has a large 14 m2 terrace with unique views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Salou lighthouse. Apartment in front the sea

Apartment 110 m , fully equipped , seafront , direct access to the beach , 3 rooms , 2 bathrooms , equipped kitchen , jacuzzi , terrace , pool. shared garden , air conditioning , wi-fi , Netflix , Prime Video , garage , playground , elevator , log fire , etc… 15 minutes to Port Aventura , Ferrari Land and Aquapark Costa Caribe. Close to many restaurants but in a calm and quiet place. Barcelona airport is just over one hour away. The swimmimg pool is open from May 1 until October 31.

Spectacular views on the sea front, terraces, pool

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

Apartamento situado en Cap Salou, frente al mar, a 50 metros de las cala Punta Cavall y Cala Font, con piscina comunitaria y zona privada de aparcamiento para propietarios. Zona tranquila para disfrutar del mar,de puestas de sol inmejorables y de caminatas por el camino de ronda atravesando las innumerables calas y playas que hay a lo largo del litoral ,como por ejemplo:playa de levante,playa de ponent,cala crancs,cala font,cala penya tallada y muchas más....

Exclusivo apartamento en primera línea de mar

Piso completamente equipado, 3 habitaciones y doble plaza de parking (opcional). A primera línea de la playa Cala Crancs, a 15 minutos del centro de Salou, a 5 minutos de La Pineda, a 15 minutos de Port Aventura World, a 20 minutos del aeropuerto de Reus y 20 minutos de Tarragona. A 1 hora de la ciudad de Barcelona. Dispone de piscina y acceso directo a la playa. Parque infantil comunitario. Nota: las reservas de Julio y Agosto serán de mínimo 5 noches.
