Appartement lumineux 45m2. vue incroyable sur la mer, au 3ème étage, avec ascenseur. endroit très calme, au milieu des pins entouré par 4 criques et plages Appartement 2 pax, avec chambre, lit double 180 x 200 très confort, accès direct terrasse. Un séjour TV accès direct terrasse. cuisine équipée et une salle de bain. wifi très puissant idéal TÉLÉTRAVAIL. climatisation chaud/froid. Le GRAND PLUS, unique sur la région... Au 8eme étage, par ascenseur, terrasse vue à 360° Sur toute la région !

Beautiful apartment with spectacular sea views five minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches in Salou, Cala Crancs, with capacity for 4 people, it consists of a large double bed, a sofa bed and an independent cabin consisting of one bed. Kitchen and bathroom were renovated in 2022 and 2018 respectively. It has a large 14 m2 terrace with unique views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Salou lighthouse. Spectacular views on the sea front, terraces, pool

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

Apartment in front beach with pool. Premium Zone

Fantastic apartment on the seafront, in a complex with Premium facilities. The house is very bright, recently renovated, and has all the amenities such as a 55 "TV with Smart TV, air conditioning and large terrace.The situation is exceptional, in an enclave with concierge, private security 24 hours, swimming pool with sunbeds and private parking included.The beach is 100 meters away, and in the surroundings you will enjoy all the possible services (Spa, wellness, Gym ..)

Apartamento situado en Cap Salou, frente al mar, a 50 metros de las cala Punta Cavall y Cala Font, con piscina comunitaria y zona privada de aparcamiento para propietarios. Zona tranquila para disfrutar del mar,de puestas de sol inmejorables y de caminatas por el camino de ronda atravesando las innumerables calas y playas que hay a lo largo del litoral ,como por ejemplo:playa de levante,playa de ponent,cala crancs,cala font,cala penya tallada y muchas más....

Exclusivo apartamento en primera línea de mar

Piso completamente equipado, 3 habitaciones y doble plaza de parking (opcional). A primera línea de la playa Cala Crancs, a 15 minutos del centro de Salou, a 5 minutos de La Pineda, a 15 minutos de Port Aventura World, a 20 minutos del aeropuerto de Reus y 20 minutos de Tarragona. A 1 hora de la ciudad de Barcelona. Dispone de piscina y acceso directo a la playa. Parque infantil comunitario. Nota: las reservas de Julio y Agosto serán de mínimo 5 noches.

Se alquila apartamento familiar en Cap Salou

Apartamento en Cap Salou en Zona tranquila y en recinto privado con gran piscina, jardín (con acceso wifi) y parking comunitario. Perfecto para disfrutar de unas vacaciones de mar, sol y muy próximo a atracciones turísticas como Port Aventura, Aquapolis, así como posibilidad de practicar senderismo, rutas en bicicleta etc. Cerca de varias playas como Cala Font, Cala Crancs y otras. Todo en un entorno natural rodeado de magnificas vistas y acantilados.
