Lit 180x200, clim et chauffage, wifi rapide pour télétravail. Golf international LUMIN GOLF, avec 2x18 trous et 1x9 trous, à moins de 2km et Port Aventura et Ferrari LAND à 5km. Vous trouverez un coin cuisine équipé, un lit confortable de 180x 190 et une terrasse pour vos repas et petits déjeuners vue sur la mer. Appartement entier. Magnifique

Beautiful apartment with spectacular sea views

Beautiful apartment with spectacular sea views five minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches in Salou, Cala Crancs, with capacity for 4 people, it consists of a large double bed, a sofa bed and an independent cabin consisting of one bed. Kitchen and bathroom were renovated in 2022 and 2018 respectively. It has a large 14 m2 terrace with unique views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Salou lighthouse. Estudio Chipre Cap Salou

Apartamento situado en Cap Salou, con piscina comunitaria, sala de pin-pon y parking comunitario. Zona tranquila para disfrutar del mar, puestas inmejorables, caminatas por el camino de ronda atravesando las innumerables playas que hay a lo largo del litoral. El complejo tiene muchas escaleras. Por tanto no es recomendable para personas con problemas de movilidad. La comunidad Chipre es un emblemático complejo protegido y diseñado por el conocido arquitecto moderno Antonio Bonet Castellana.

Apartment in front the sea

Apartment 110 m , fully equipped , seafront , direct access to the beach , 3 rooms , 2 bathrooms , equipped kitchen , jacuzzi , terrace , pool. shared garden , air conditioning , wi-fi , Netflix , Prime Video , garage , playground , elevator , log fire , etc… 15 minutes to Port Aventura , Ferrari Land and Aquapark Costa Caribe. Close to many restaurants but in a calm and quiet place. Barcelona airport is just over one hour away. The swimmimg pool is open from May 1 until October 31.

Spectacular views on the sea front, terraces, pool

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

“Greenhouse” Ático con piscina y cerca de la playa

Ático tranquilo y en pleno centro de Salou. A 3’ andando de la playa. Con terraza y solarium privado con vistas panorámicas, perfecto para tomar el sol o ver el atardecer y disfrutar de un drink. Totalmente equipado con lo necesario (Barbacoa, Aire ac., toallas, ropa de cama, secador, plancha, cafetera Nespresso, termo agua caliente...) -Frente a pinedas, zonas de ocio, restaurantes, bares y transporte público. Bien comunicado, a 5’de Portaventura/Ferrariland/Caribe Aq. Parks.

Apartamento situado en Cap Salou, frente al mar, a 50 metros de las cala Punta Cavall y Cala Font, con piscina comunitaria y zona privada de aparcamiento para propietarios. Zona tranquila para disfrutar del mar,de puestas de sol inmejorables y de caminatas por el camino de ronda atravesando las innumerables calas y playas que hay a lo largo del litoral ,como por ejemplo:playa de levante,playa de ponent,cala crancs,cala font,cala penya tallada y muchas más....

Exclusivo apartamento en primera línea de mar

Piso completamente equipado, 3 habitaciones y doble plaza de parking (opcional). A primera línea de la playa Cala Crancs, a 15 minutos del centro de Salou, a 5 minutos de La Pineda, a 15 minutos de Port Aventura World, a 20 minutos del aeropuerto de Reus y 20 minutos de Tarragona. A 1 hora de la ciudad de Barcelona. Dispone de piscina y acceso directo a la playa. Parque infantil comunitario. Nota: las reservas de Julio y Agosto serán de mínimo 5 noches.
