Charming village house St Jeannet (30 m from Nice)

"Maison des Oliviers" is a charming, authentic village house, with a private garden and parking right outside. The house has 2 bedrooms, an open mezzanine (with a double bed), kitchen/dining room, a living room with a fireplace, and 2 bathrooms. The garden is idyllic with grape vines, a quiet dining area with barbecue, and a beautiful olive tree in the middle. (Parkingplace outside) The house is located in the heart of the charming old village in Saint Jeannet, just 30 min from Nice airport.

Maison Elena, historical Village Cottage old town

Newly refurbished charming village house with private courtyard in the heart of Roquebrune old town, decorated by a local architect to upgrade amenities but preserve its historical characteristics. The house is totally independent, with just a 7 min drive from Monaco, 3 min to the beaches and 5 min to Menton and the Italian border. Beware Roquebrune village is a medieval town totally pedestrian, in order to reach the house there are steps on the way so not suitable to limited mobility guests.

La BERGERIE

La Bergerie vous propose 35 M² plus salon de jardin. Il y a deux locations identiques sur site qui vous sont proposées. La piscine est au milieu des oliviers centenaires se situe sur une petite colline isolée et offre une vue sur la vallée, elle est à partager. Les locations se trouvent dans une propriété de 4 hectares La partie agricole est séparée de l'espace dédié aux séjours touristiques. Nous acceptons les compagnons à 4 pattes (hors piscine), en principe, avec une petite majoration.

Ce petit cottage de charme situé entre Grasse et Peymeinade vous séduira par sa décoration et son emplacement. Niché dans la verdure au fond de mon jardin, cette dépendance dispose d'une terrasse ombragée pour les repas et le farniente....Construction écologique (chanvre, liège, chaux.....) Situé à proximité de toutes les commodités, à 10 mn du centre-ville de Grasse, 20 mn de Cannes et 20 mn du Lac St Cassien....l'accès à l'autoroute est également à 10 mn pour visiter la Côte d'Azur.....

Maset sur la Côte d'Azur

Le Maset est un ancien corps de ferme restauré en duplex, chambre et séjour en rez de jardin, avec escaliers intérieur et extérieur, buanderie avec machine à laver et pièce de rangement. La chambre est équipée d'un lit double (1,60m) avec salle de bain et WC attenants. Le séjour, avec kitchenette moderne , dispose d'un lit gigogne, d'un canapé et d'un WC indépendant. La piscine, située à 30 mètres, est chauffée et équipée d'un pool-house avec douche, toilettes et frigidaire.

Notre cottage de 75m2 est situé au pied du village provençal de Mougins (15min à pieds), dans un quartier résidentiel proche de toutes commodités (commerces, restaurants, bus), du parc départemental la Valmasque, de plusieurs golfs. Il se compose de 2 chambres, d'une SDB, d'un grand salon, d'une cuisine équipée, d'une grande terrasse avec barbecue Weber et parking gratuit. Proche Sophia Antipolis, Cannes (6km) Accès direct à Nice (30km) et Monaco (50km) par A8.

Our 4 bedroom Villa Beatrice with sea view is the perfect property for a relaxing vacation. She's situated in absolute tranquillity, not visible to anyone and surrounded by pure nature with a large outside garden area. Villa Beatrice is also conveniently located, just 15min from the Nice airport and the A8 "La Provençale" highway. Villa Beatrice can easily accommodate 8 adults plus 4 children. She has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in total. Kitchen perfectly equipped.
