This cabin was awesome! Main reason is location. Many cabins are too close to highway for good nights rest. We have stayed in some with no rest that night. This was best nights of sleep in Tioga ever. Thank you. we will return!

We absolutely loved our stay at Curtis’s place! Stayed here for a race at Hills Creek State Park and it was perfect. Super clean! I wish we would have read that there is no soap provided for the shower, but otherwise a wonderful stay!

It was great house with views didn’t get to experience outside too much coz of weather it was raining but enjoyed our stay there.Beautiful views.

We stayed there several times, the last time for our daughter celebrations. We had a great breakfast at Kathy's dinner. Visited several entertainment places and stores. Went fishing and had a great campfire with smores. Can't ask for more. Lots of great games to play and books to read. find something new each time.

Can’t say enough good things about our stay at the Drowsy Beaver Cabin! Stacy, our host, was so helpful in all of her communications and very responsive. She was so thoughtful that she even left really good gluten-free snacks after asking if any of us has food allergies. The cabin is absolutely gorgeous with really great indoor and outdoor spaces that have stunning views and a warm, comfortable feel. There were thoughtful touches throughout, such as soft throw blankets to snuggle up with in the living room, a stock of wood for the fireplace and fire pit with fire starter, a jar with cotton balls and qtips the bathroom, a stock of k-cups and creamer, maps from the two big state parks nearby, flyers from recommended stores and so much more. We walked in and felt instantly cozy and at home. It was so quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of the lake. We will absolutely be going back for more stays at the Drowsy Beaver. An awesome find! We loved visiting and will visit again on another vacation. The place was clean and neat. The beds are very comfortable. The view was stunning and the privacy was exactly what we were looking for. We saw deer, plenty of fish and some turkeys and squirrels hanging around. The place was so peaceful and relaxing. Mandy was an excellent host and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The cupboards were stocked with snacks and plenty of essentials. Pickleball in the driveway was a fun bonus that we had not considered. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, this is the place to be. Looking forward to another visit.

Agree with other reviewers - better on the inside than outside. Clean, comfortable. Just down the street from the main site with multiple cabins, the office, and direct creek access. Will consider staying at one of those cabins next time.

I was looking for a new place to stay at and not have to be in a motel anymore. Nancy’s rental was just what I was looking for. I enjoyed being in the area and was glad that I could get to the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon in a short drive. Was glad to have all the information provided by Nancy for my stay there. The area was very nice and peaceful. Loved seeing all the different kinds of birds at the place. The kitchen and dining room area were amazing. Glad to have a coffee maker there for my morning coffee breaks. I will definitely be using this place again for my Christian friends who are also nature lovers like myself with another extra day and night. Lots to do and see if I get an extra day there. Instructions were very clear and helpful when using the place.

this house is a great place to access Rickets Glen State Park and all the other waterfalls and forests nearby. It is also close to several restaurants and stores. I had a great time hiking around in this area, in addition to spending time on the property walking around the lake and having fires in the firepit.
