A peaceful spot to recharge, just 50 mins to Mt Cook/Tekapo, or 2.5 hrs to Queenstown.

This charming villa, situated in the heart of Wainui, is full of character. With panoramic views overlooking Akaroa Harbour and the surrounding hills, this is a superb spot to relax and unwind. Great for a holiday, romantic getaway or business. It has an expansive view of Lyttelton from the deck and the spa pool, perfect for relaxing in the evening as it catches the afternoon sun. It is the bottom floor of a 3 story house, fully self contained with external access and locked off from the rest of the house, with private/exclusive use of the deck and spa pool in front. All linen, towels, soap&shampoo, complimentary food and bottle of champagne included. Includes Smart TV with Netflix.

The Double Tree Cottage is in an idyllic setting with expansive snow-capped mountain and farm views (seasonal). Mt Hutt Skifield, Opuke Hot Pools, Staveley Iceskating rink, DOC walking tracks and Methven Mt Hutt Village are all within a 15min drive. Located on our 32ha farm, watch sheep grazing metres from your door, native Kereru playing in the trees above you, or head out to many surrounding activities. Note: This is a mini studio style cottage so is very small and priced accordingly.

A 2nd DETACHED room as an additional bedroom is available (see photo, fees apply) The cottage is equipped with microwave, stove top, toaster, kettle and basic utensils to prepare a simple meal. Private, delightful garden & decks facing the sun. Outdoor seating provided. Your well behaved, house trained dog is welcome to stay. Please let me know if your travelling with your furry friend and/or you require the 2nd bedroom.

Silk Tree Cottage is a modern, self-contained standalone property perched on 5 acres of serene, park like grounds. It sits separately from the main house, offering guests privacy and tranquility. Located 2 minutes from State highway 1 and 20 minutes to Christchurch airport and similar time into the city. The town of Rolleston offering a range of eateries and supermarkets is just a 3 minutes drive. Complimentary breakfast provisions for the first two days.

2.7km from Te Kaha (One NZ Stadium) SKIERS - Cyclists - Welcome This is a 1/4 acre section open-plan quiet and relaxing space close to the central city. Bedroom, living room and kitchen space all occupy an open plan. A comfy sofa bed can be made up, but this incurs a cost of $25 /night. You have access to a shared garden, bush, flowers, ferns and SPA POOL nestled in the fernery. You're welcome to do a BAG/Bike drop off and these can be LOCKED away.
