The creek is 15 feet from the foot of the deck stairs; its sounds lull guests to sleep each night. Frogs, salamanders, crayfish, and all manner of forest life abound. The stream meanders through the mixed park like and wooded parcel ending at a 25’ wide 6’ high waterfall. Antique clawfoot tub. Water may have a sulfur smell (see below).

All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult when playing near the pond or swimming .The front porch is screened so guests can sit & enjoy the outdoors but be protected. There are countless wineries & breweries that start at 5 miles away. Kueka Lake State Park is 6 miles away. Grimes Glen in Naoles is 10 miles.

Beautiful Keuka Lake home close to Penn Yan.

Welcome to Keuka lake in this beautiful home that boasts 3 master suites. The living room has a panoramic view of Keuka Lake. There is a deck off the top floor and a patio off the first floor to sit and enjoy the lake view as well. From the downstairs patio you are only a few steps to the beach. At the end of the dock the lake is only 3 feet deep so it’s excellent for swimming. Everything in this house is new and very clean. We are a mile from downtown Penn Yan.
