My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on five acres of land behind the house, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Currently, New York State charges 8% sales tax and Yates County charges 4% Occupancy Tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space. Sorry.

Whenland is the name of this extraordinary 3 acre wooded property nestled in the hills of Naples, NY. Feel like roughing it, but don’t want to get too rough? Nestled back away from the road you'll find a fire pit, a small wooden handmade log bridge, repurposed material sculptures, and a wood stove heated tiny house from a repurposed trailer. This place has solar energy only, no running water and a composting toilet outhouse. Wine country, hiking, lakes, gorges, nature rich earth abound!

The property is off of a private drive, making it the perfect place for a couple or small family to escape the hassles of life. The property also features an outdoor picnic area and firepit. Approximately 15-minutes from Naples (Canandaigua Lake) and 20-minutes from Hammondsport (Keuka Lake).

The entrance to the apartment has mats for shoes or boots and hooks for coats and backpacks. The bedroom has a queen size bed and full bath with a tub and shower attached. There has been a smart tv added to the bedroom wall since the pictures were taken. On the garment rack there are extra pillows, linens and a fleece blanket for your convenience. The living room has a half bath, air mattress and furniture to relax or watch tv. The kitchen is small and equipped to prepare simple meals.
