We splurged as a family of 4 w/ our chihuahua. This is the absolute perfect home for 2 or even 3 families. Derek was responsive from day 1 of booking until check-out. The home is gorgeous. It's just as the pictures show, if not better. The basement has a bedroom with 2 Q beds, and the cinema can easily sleep a few more. This was a man cave for our sons! Upstairs, the master bedroom w/bath was perfect. There are 2 bunk beds right next to the master & another bdrm across the house. It's quiet, peaceful, and serene. We walked the trails behind the home (bring boots or hiking shoes if it's been raining). When you pull into the drive, on your right is a rolling river. The hot tub was a huge plus and was relaxing. We loved the fire pit (bring a lighter or matches) and playing pool, air hockey, & shuffleboard. My son brought his xbox & hooked it up to the 85" TV in the cinema. We watched movies via our Netflix account. We hope to go back in the future!

We have stayed at Steve’s place several times. We have always had a relaxing, enjoyable time at his beautiful place. It is always very clean and Steve is a great host, checking in to see if you need anything. The location is quiet and peaceful but shopping and restaurants are within a 15-30 minute drive. The hot tub is wonderful to use in the evening as well as the gas fireplace in the cooler weather.

This was the third time our family used Tim's house. I can't say enough about how absolutely wonderful it is to be there! It's a good sized house with plenty of room for everyone. The pool and (new) hot tub are SO relaxing! The beds are comfortable, and this year we took advantage of the fireplace, which added a new level of relaxation. Once we arrive, we stay put! If you are looking for a GREAT place to step out of the world for a bit, THIS is the place to be!

This is a great place up in the white mountains, we were able to enjoy nature and the amenities of town. beautiful place. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Ashley's place is lovely! The house is well decorated, spacious, with lots of amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub, hanging out in the yard, and the location was convenient to get to hiking and other fun places. The house being situated next door to the family business was not much of an issue, other than a minor impact to privacy, but the people are so nice, and the place is lovely. Recommended for enjoying this lovely area, and for the gracious and generous hosts!

Overall, the impressions are positive, however, I would like to note that during the preparation process and during the rental, we received three detailed instructions and found another one in printed form about how we should use the house and how and in what order to prepare the house for moving out. In my opinion, this is too much. Live free or die is not supported option :)

Great location! Walking distance to a few restaurants and 10 minutes from Loon! The living room was spacious and beds were comfortable. No issues staying here and would recommend to others!

We had a wonderful family ski vacation week at Loren and Michelle's house. The house was just as pictured in the listing. Spacious, clean, beautiful and stocked kitchen, quiet and wooded, and stunning mountain views. The jacuzzi and sauna were fantastic, we loved that they were inside with beautiful windows all around to take in the scenery. So close to Loon for skiing, under 10 minutes to the main parking lot and was so easy to pop in and out for lunch mid-day. The kids loved the enormous bunk beds. Loved that we could pull the cars into a heated garage too. Hosts were polite, had very clear instructions for everything, and were very responsive. Top-tier AirBnb house.

Our stay at 1800BC (The Bear Cabin @ Moose Lodge) was awesome!!! We are a family of four with a dog that loves to travel New England for family adventures. The Bear Cabin met all of our expectations and we had a beautiful time skiing at Bretton Woods. This was a special cabin with beautiful woodwork, an awesome wood stove, plenty of space and a superb location. Just a short drive to Bretton Woods (2mns) and close to several to several restaurants on Rt 302 as well. There is Bretton Woods Market and Deli just down the road that can meet most needs as well. If you are a skiing family and want a peaceful yet close proximity to a cool mountain...The Bear Cabin is for you.

Fantastic stay! If it’s available book it! Stayed with our 4 kids, plenty of towels, maxing kitchen setup friendly & helpful hosts!!! House is also setup for kids with nightlights, baby gates plastic dishes just for them. Hikes out the back door. Just awesome!

Wonderful launching off point to multiple ski resorts in the area. Having a local community center with pool and hot tub was a bonus. The view is incredibly private and the home is very cozy.

Our family had an unforgettable weekend trip in Campton. We spent most of our time sightseeing, but coming home to the cozy cabin made our trip complete. In the evening, we played uno and relaxed by the wood stove. It was perfect. Jason was very responsive to messages and checked in to make sure our stay was going smoothly. We would love to stay again!

Was absolutely wonderful stay. We usually don't spend much time at our airbnbs but we got to fully enjoy this one. Relaxed the whole weekend was just what we needed. Absolutely beautiful place one could stay forever. Thank you so much we hope to stay again. Told friends about the place too! Perfect stay!

We just had a wonderful ladie's weekend at Christy's place! We lucked out and got a bit of snow, so the cabin was the perfect cozy spot to spend the weekend with a fire and a puzzle! The hot tub was an extra added bonus! Beds were all very comfortable and living room was super cozy. Very easy ride to downtown for restaurants and shopping for a bit. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Ashleigh's cabin! The cabin was absolutely perfect — cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus and made the experience even more special. Ashleigh was super responsive and made the entire process smooth and easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better place to stay. We’re already looking forward to returning!

Staying at Adley’s place was a pleasure. Even without the snow-covered landscape we were hoping for this proved as cozy and peaceful as it looks. Very spacious and comfortable, beautiful views from all living areas, well-equipped kitchen, I can only recommend!
