This loft with 2 suites and a living room with kitchenette was carefully decorated with luxury details, art and timeless design furniture. It was personalized to make you feel at home. It´s only a 5 minute walk to Tavira city centre, a 3 minute walk to the market and close to all the great Ria Formosa beaches. It's only 10 minutes to Mar shopping and 15 minutes to Olhão beaches. The house is perfect for the big family who wants a base to travel around from.

The 1st floor has 1 open-plan bedroom with a mezzanine (with living area with desk) and a bathroom with shower. Very central location, 500m from the Marina. Quiet street with restaurants very close by. There is a house under construction next door that may cause noise during the day.
