This working 200acre Black Angus cow farm is located 15 minutes from historic Appomattox and 30 minutes from Lynchburg and Liberty Univ in a quiet, peaceful rural setting. The entire house is yours while the farm owner lives in the separate basement apartment. Observe farm activities, ie, moving the grass-fed cows from pasture to pasture, see some long horns nearby, or just kick back and relax on one of the property's ponds or creek!

Our waterfront home includes a boat, 3 burner BBQ grill, stone chimney/fireplace, basketball hoop, and screened in deck.

You'll feel at ease in the cottage's many comfortable sitting areas, as well as its porch, equipped with large comfortable chairs. Honeymooners and others will enjoy a relaxing whirlpool bath, as well as a bedroom with floating king-sized bed and French doors. Other amenities: a 65" TV, a grill, and an airy kitchen.

Rustic Cabin on a 350+ acre Camp

This charming rustic cabin is located at Hat Creek Camp, a 350+ acre camp with over 7 miles of hiking trails and two lakes. The cabin has three rooms, a bedroom, bathroom, and common space/kitchen. The kitchen includes a stove, fridge, blender, coffee maker, and microwave. The bedroom has a Queen bed, and the bathroom has a spacious shower. This cabin is small but very personable, around the camp it is affectionately known as The Pickle. Perfect for quiet getaways in the country.

The large family room has seating for 11 while you watch cable TV. Please NO SMOKING on these premises. Swimming pool MAY be available. The pool is our families, but it often works out that my guests can use it. You must communicate your wishes and we will see it's availability. An outdoor grill is available.
