This fully equipped apartment offers 60 square meters of living space, comprising a living-dining room, an open-plan kitchen, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It can accommodate up to four people, making it perfect for families, couples, and business trips. The apartment features a stylish design, high-speed Wi-Fi, and climate control (air conditioning and heating). The living room includes a sofa, dining table, and Smart TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, ceramic hob, etc., plus a washing machine in the bathroom). The master bedroom, with ample wardrobes, features a 150x190 cm double bed. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed of the same size. There is another separate, spacious bathroom with a shower. The apartment is equipped with an iron and ironing board, toaster, hairdryer, and more, and comes with bed linen and towels. It is located on the second floor of a brand-new building with an elevator. This apartment is not a tourist accommodation and is therefore not rented for tourist stays. It is rented only for temporary stays for work, study, medical reasons, etc. The tenant must sign a temporary stay contract, which will be provided before moving in. This contract will primarily outline the conditions agreed upon at the time of booking, the purpose of the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist purposes), and the prohibition of subletting and carrying out alterations. During your stay you have access to the entire home, so you can enjoy the entire apartment. You can use all the rooms and the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes. The home is delivered with bed linen and towels (one set for each guest). In the bathroom, you will find small bottles of hand soap, shampoo and shower gel for the first day. Finally, guests will have access to a web app that contains relevant information about the apartment, the house rules and certain useful services for travelers such as luggage storage or transfer service to the airport.

Ideal para parejas, familias o grupos de hasta cuatro personas, cuenta con una cama de matrimonio con colchón viscoelástico y un sofá cama doble, ambos con ropa de cama completa y de calidad. El espacio combina zona de salón y dormitorio en un mismo ambiente, mientras que la cocina y el baño se encuentran en estancias separadas, garantizando mayor privacidad. Offers a spacious and bright open layout, tall ceilings, large windows and hardwood floors. Since I own the entire 1st floor, we have two apartments and if desired, they can be communicated by unlocking a door. They are perfect if you are a very big group. If we connect both apartments it hots 12 guests. The apartment is on floor 1.5, this means that guests can take elevator to floor 2 and walk down 10 stairs or take the elevator to floor 1 and climb 10 stairs.
