Geweldige locatie in het oude centrum. Autoluw. Heel groot en super rustig. Centraal gelegen. Alles op paar min loopafstand (supermarkt, bakker, bezienswaardigheden). We hadden door de stroomstoring in Spanje problemen, maar deze werden direct en met service opgelost. Fietsverhuur en fietstour Virgin op paar minuten lopen. Een aanrader.

Es un apartamento muy completo. De entrada muy atenta Laura, nos ha dado indicaciones y nos ha enseñado las instalaciones del Apt. Todo muy bien organizado, limpio, con los utensilios y accesorios de baño, cocina, habitaciones adecuados y es genial, muy agradecida con la anfitriona por la flexibilidad a la hora de salir. Nos han dejado agua en la nevera y colacao 🙏🏻 detalle que se agradece también. Muy a gusto estuvimos.

Nicolas was a great host. He agreed to a late check in and even come to meet us at the airport. The place is very clean and he is eager to help and easy to communicate with. The bus station is literally in the front of the building and the metro is at 5 minutes walk. We would definitely come back.

Rebeca hat uns persönlich empfangen und über die Besonderheiten gut informiert. Die Wohnung entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung, das Bett und die Couch waren sehr bequem und Bereiche wie Badezimmer, Küche und restliche Räume ordentlich und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiter. Nochmal Danke an Rebeca für die Möglichkeit in Ihrer Wohnung zu wohnen.

Wir waren als Paar in dieser Wohnung. Sie war gut eingerichtet und hatte alles, was man benötigt. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter, in die Stadt konnte man mit dem Bus fahren. Wir hatten die Fahrräder dabei, leider konnten wir diese nicht im Haus abstellen. Das Auto konnten wir in der Tiefgarage parken, aber leider war da kein Platz für die Fahrrräder. Ansonsten war die Wohnung sauber und auch ruhig.

Nos sentimos bienvenidos en el alojamiento, te mueves en metro muy fácil a cualquier lugar en Valencia. La anfitriona muy amable y comprensiva.

Nous avons ADORÉ l’appartement spacieux, très bien agencé et surtout complet. la cuisine est entièrement équipée de tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner. la literie comme le canapé sont hyper confortable. le balcon est top avec une vue bien plus impressionnante et belle en vraie. De quoi se garer gratuitement et au pied de la résidence. Sans oublier Vanessa qui est ADORABLE.

Un sitio espectacular, entorno mágico. La casa está genial con todo lo necesario. Hemos pasado unos días estupendos. Totalmente recomendable.

Nuestra experiencia en casa de Cristian y Minerva ha sido muy buena. Nos hemos sentido como en nuestra propia casa, muy a gusto... La casa estaba muy limpia y cuidada, totalmente equipada, un 10 de 10. Muy buena ubicación, cerca de todo tipo de servicios y amenidades, playa accesible andando, cerca de la Albufera y Valencia ciudad... Cristian y Minerva han sido muy amables y nos dieron mucha flexibilidad tanto a la hora de entrar como al salir. Un lugar a recordar de forma muy positiva, por todo... Esperando volver a repetir en un futuro. Muchas gracias por todo!

Tanto amparo como Paula (coanfitriona) han sido súper atentas y amables. Son unas anfitrionas maravillosas y súper contentas con la casa. Esta en una zona muy tranquila y a pie de playa, desde luego que es una estancia que repetiríamos en una época que se pueda disfrutar al 100% de la ubicación a pie de playa y la piscina de la casa. Es tal cual lo qué ves en las fotos además de ser una casa acogedora. Una experiencia de 10 ☺️

Paz, tranquilidad, un fin de semana perfecto. Solo por el exterior ya merece la pena. Nos hubiéramos quedado a vivir!!! Sin duda repetiremos. La anfitriona muy amable, responde a cualquier duda con rapidez. Gracias por acogernos en tu casa, espero vernos pronto

Emilio fue encantador desde el primer intante, nos envió la información necesaria por mensaje, nos facilitó el poder entrar antes en la casa y el poder salir más tarde si no lonecitabamos. En todo tiempo muy amable y encantador. La fina de los naranjos es más hermosa que lo que se puede apreciar en las fotos. Toda la obra donde nos hospedamos es nueva, con buenos acabados y electrodomesticos de primera calidad. Exelente gusto para la decoración. La piscina y la zona de barbacoa es la cereza del pastel. Y por si fuese poco, nos ofrecieron comer toda la naranja que pudieramos comer, hay que decirlo, una naranja de primerísima calidad. Sin duda reperiré, salimos muy muy satisfechos con todo. Very friendly host and easy to communicate with. The house was clean, but cosy. It had everything we needed. The house is out of the center, but we found everything within walking distance. Enjoyable terras and clean swimming pool. The neighbourhood has many dogs barking at you when you walk by. It does not disturb when you're at the house, however if you're scared of dogs there is no way of avoiding them when walking to and from the house. Highly recommend the place if you don't wish to be in the center.

ubicat al centre de la ciutat , ho tens tot a mà. la aparcament no es fàcil pero donant un parell de voltes aparcas.

We hadden een geweldige tijd in de woning van Alexandra! De communicatie verliep heel vlot en uiterst vriendelijk, wat altijd heel aangenaam is mocht je toch nog vragen hebben. De woning is helemaal vernieuwd, en heel mooi ingericht. De ligging is ideaal, op wandelafstand van metro- en busstation om de stad in te trekken en op wandelafstand van de haven/strand. Het was zalig vertoeven op het dakterras, met mooie zuiderse planten. We verbleven er tijdens de "santa semana", en konden deze unieke processies van heel dichtbij in de straten van de buurt meemaken. Valencia heeft ons hart gestolen, mochten we nog een keer terugkomen met onze groep, dan logeren we zeker en vast weer in het huis van Alexandra.

L’appartamento di Carmen è spazioso ed accogliente! L’arredamento delizioso rende l’ambiente caldo e ci siamo sentiti davvero come a casa. Il piccolo giardino interno inoltre è stato perfetto con i bambini. La posizione ottima a metà tra il centro e la città della scienza ci ha permesso di raggiungere le nostre mete facilmente. Carmen un host gentilissima e premurosa ,non ci ha fatto mancare nulla. Valencia città incantevole.

Fantastic place! 5 minutes walk from the airport, whilst being well connected to Valencia center (metro station 1 min walk) with metros every few minutes and only taking around 15-20 min to get the center. (Tickets are also very cheap and can be bought at the station) Lidl is also 1 min away, with a few more local restaurants etc. We chose to stay here for the location (close to airport) but we loved it for how clean (and i mean spotless) the place was, how responsive the host is, how easy it was to get to and from Valencia center and how quiet the area was. Would not chose to stay anywhere else if we return, this was our first time in Spain and this place made it lovely (even through the big Spain blackout on the 28th of April. We could easily walk to the airport and check status etc.) Lovely experience, highly recommended, don't take just my word for it, look at the other reviews!

We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !

Apartamento en primera línea de mar, buenas instalaciones, zonas comunes y el apartamento bien cuidado. Hemos estado la familia unos días y cumplía todos los requisitos. Gran comunicación con Maria Jesús, que nos respondió a todas nuestras dudas y pendiente en todo momento. Sin duda recomendable.

Vi var 5 jenter i 30-årene som tilbrakte en langhelg i Valencia i april 2025. Pasqualis var svært enkel å holde kontakt med både før og under oppholdet, og vi opplevde han veldig fleksibel, hjelpsom og vennlig. Leiligheten var fantastisk, med fine fasiliteter og stort areal. Det var kort å gå til både park, kaféer, sykkelutleie, matbutikk, restauranter osv, og i tillegg var det enkelt å finne ledig taxi i nærheten. Vi vil anbefale Pasqualis og leiligheten hans til andre som ønsker å oppleve den fine byen Valencia!

El apartamento està como se dijo a pocos metros del mar, la zona es tranquila. Cerca del complejo Magic Wold. Marius es una persona que intenta que te sientas a gusto y me gustó que te contesta enseguida si le haces cualquier consulta. Todo estaba tal cual las fotos y lo mejor disponer de parking cerrado.

Jose es un anfitrión amable y eficiente. Su apartamento tiene muy buena ubicación y tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días en la playa. Volveremos!

I recently stayed at Sali’s place, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. Our group of six found the apartment was perfect for our needs—spacious, comfortable and very clean. The layout was ideal, with plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling cramped. The common area was lovely for gathering, and the fully-equipped kitchen was great for preparing meals. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to local attractions, restaurants, shops and beaches. Sali was a very responsive host and answered any queries we had very promptly. All in all, this apartment was the perfect base for our group, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a larger group!

Tuvimos una estancia agradable en el alojamiento de Francis, fue muy amable en la llegada nos explicó todo en detalle y nos dio recomendaciones locales, estuvo pendiente en todo momento. Nos ha gustado mucho la zona de Canet, y también Sagunto.
