Everyone was soooo nice and accommodating. The place is super pretty and clean. Everything worked. When there was a hiccup they were quick to fix it. The receptionist was amazing !!!!!! It’s a great value and beautiful space. The neighborhood it’s easy to walk to take a taxi depot. The host was super communicative and responsive. Overall 5 stars

Bien qu'il fût court, merveilleux séjour dans une résidence proche de l'aérogare, au coeur du quartier résidentiel de Douala, à proximité des merveilleurs restaurants et commerces. Véritable havre de paix sécurisé jour et nuit, appartements très cosy dans une résidence à l'architecture particulièrement originale. Une hôtesse parfaite, exceptionnellement attentive et accueillante. Désormais cette résidence sera mon point de chute lors de mes séjours à Douala.

Yannick est très réactif et à l’écoute des besoins. On a apprécié d’être attendu malgré notre arrivée tardive. L’appartement était propre et super bien équipé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Et nous reviendrons à l’occasion! Merci

I was very skeptical at first since it was my first time using Airbnb in Cameroon. I wasn’t sure if the facility matched it's description, what the customer service would be, how secure it was, and so forth. However, when I arrived Hakeem's, everything exceeded my expectation. The front desk got all our luggage and thank goodness there was an elevator. I was most impressed about the fact that housekeepers cleaned everyday and linens and towels were changed every other day. The level of general maintenance of the facility was top notch, something which is not very common in Cameroon. Standby Generator and reliable WiFi I am so thankful to all the staff and the care they provided throughout our stay. The Manager (Felicita), our Chef (Severine), the Receptionist (Emmanuel) and the Security guard who went above and beyond to wash our car whenever he could. My hope is that such businesses survive and strive in the long run that’s why I am going to promote this facility any way I can.

Villa magnifique, pleine de caractère et très bien située. Les hôtes sont excellents et à l’écoute. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour.

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits dans le logement. Conforme aux photos même s il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine nous avons passé un bon moment. Serge, Maxime , Abraham sont aux petits soins et très réactifs. Le logement est climatisé efficacement et le générateur fonctionne immédiatement en cas de coupure électrique. Le quartier est SAVE et très calme. L aceuil a ete excellent, efficace et chaleureux. Merci
