Amazing view of the water and sunset from the deck and living room. The neighbors welcomed us and told us where to eat dinner, at the Colington Cafe nearby. Quiet upscale neighborhood felt very safe. Less than ten minutes from the Wright Brother’s Monument and Museum.

Grateful for a weekend away in the OBX. If you like to run or walk, you can get to a great paved path/sidewalk near the ocean front with ease from this house. Close to everything! Also, neighborhood pool (small fee) was a great amenity!

Nice quite location

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home right next to the beach. The location couldn’t be better, steps from the ocean, yet incredibly quiet and peaceful. The home itself was spotless and well-maintained, offering a very comfortable and relaxing environment. Diana and Tom were exceptionally kind and went out of their way to help with a need I had during my stay, which I truly appreciated. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene beach getaway with thoughtful, responsive hosts.

Like the description, it is a peaceful paradise! Outside has beautiful sunrise, and amazing open water views. We took great photos just form the front yard. Inside has artistic decorations. It is truly a unique property. The three-night stay is just too short for us to enjoy all the amenities and to have enough time to talk with Alan and Nora. Will come back again!

Great place. For its size and value, it literally has a ton of great features . The theatre room is amazing, especially with having kids. Has a beach volleyball court! The arcade has thousands of games and brought me back 25 years (Pac-Man, Mario, Galaga, Street Fighter, and 1,000’s more). We went when it typically would not be considered swimming weather, however, we had the option to have the pool heated at least a day or so before arriving and it made a huge difference and allowed for my girls and I to swim in early April (and I did jump in the ocean to compare and it was a 25-30 degree difference! Lol). The owner is very quick to respond, has the instructions available prior to arrival, recommendations for food, churches, , and activities. If you don’t mind a 3-5 minute stroll to the beach, it is honestly not that far away. Walmart, Target, Grocery stores, putt putt, dunes, Wings, fishing pier, are very close by. The aquarium was a 20 min drive but was worth it. Fun experience.

We enjoyed our stayed here! Maria and her husband were very responsive and were on top of everything! They had bikes which made it a fun way to explore the KDH town! If we ever returned, we would love to stay here again.

This stay was absolutely wonderful for my husband and i + our dog. The woods behind the house are so pretty and peaceful and i wish we would’ve stayed a little longer to explore some more! The back porch was such a good wind down spot for us after a long drive and the whole place was so clean and cute! our dog is a traumatized rescue that has trouble making friends and their very friendly dog mojo was so kind to her and respected her personal bubble when she showed that she was feeling uncomfortable. The living room space was big enough for her kennel and provided a quiet comfy place for her to sleep all day while we explored the beautiful local area. We did not even see or hear the hosts despite the Airbnb being a part of their house and it felt very cozy and private.

We really enjoyed our long Easter weekend at Nataly’s 1st floor apartment in Virginia Beach! Great location:quiet,private,pretty backyard with nice deck,outside shower, and view of the water & lots of animal entertainment: Herons,Egrets,Mallards,fish,squirrels and 1 possum at night! 😆 The apartment is perfect for 2 people: Very Clean,comfy, & the Queen size Bed was very comfortable and the linens smelled so good! Loved the bathroom too! There’s so much to do, so many great places to eat at & funky bars & beer places to experience! Do yourself a favor and take a walk or rent bikes: You’re close enough to the beach-go enjoy it! We recommend “Rudee’s Tours”-The Dolphin Boat Cruise was AWESOME! We’ll be back! Erin's place was amazing. We went during spring break so as the season was underway but before the big crowds. Made it fun to do the beach in a different way -- going out more than cooking. It was so cool to be staying on the boardwalk after everyone went home -- felt like we had a whole part of Duck to ourselves. Erin's place is perfectly located and very charming. She was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We would definitely recommend this place.

A hidden gem! Very comfortable couch and bed, well equipped kitchenette, and perfect location! Earl was a very responsive host, we are definitely going to keep this place in our favorites list for future trips to the OBX!

Eddie was quick to respond and very accommodating. The views were amazing and the place was clean. Amenities provided were great, especially the towels and bed! Would definitely stay again!

This place was amazing! You could see the ocean from the deck which was one of the best parts! It is very close to everything and located in a perfect spot. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed! We are definitely going to be staying here next time we come back!

Condo was in a great convenient location. Very spacious. We did a lot of sight seeing so didn’t spend a whole lot of time on site but it accommodated all of our needs!

We had a great weekend at Crystal’s place. The condo was clean, the furniture comfortable and it had everything we needed for a weekend stay-our family especially enjoyed the selection of games. The location was perfect and the beach just beautiful!

This is a new favorite spot for my writing retreats. The space is clean and safe with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The lawn area and pool are wonderful spaces to relax after a day on the beach. Driftwood restaurant and Pelon’s are favorites of mine, and such an easy walk! Bed was cozy, kitchen was well stocked, and the balcony was a perfect place to watch the sunrises. I highly recommend! Can’t wait to stay again.

We enjoyed staying at Kelly's place in VB. Its an ideal location for anyone who wants to stay right at the boardwalk. We witnessed amazing sunrises and moonrises. The ocean was right in front of us and from the 6th floor, the view was expansive. A lot of restaurants were also nearby. Kelly was always very communicative, polite and professional. The apartment was clean with the kitchen well stocked with utensils The bedrooms were of a pretty large size. And parking was on the premises. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and holiday for us. We strongly recommend Kelly's place.

Exactly as expected, pictures say it all! Very clean, easy to communicate with the host, well appointed condo. With 4 kids, it can be tough to find something everyone likes to do, no problem with the recommendations and coupons! Thank you!!
