The outdoor Tiki Bar with swings and lounge area invite you to soak in the tranquil lake views, while lake access ensures you're just moments away from all the water sports and fishing Nettle Lake has to offer.

The backyard has ample space for parking in the 3 car driveway, a fire pit, grill, and a small back deck. Across the street is a Clear Lake conservation area with pet friendly walking trails! There is a nearby dog park, and an ice-cream shop down the street.
