Guest room in a private home

My home is located in a small town on a dirt road and very private. The rt 1 coast/ocean is about 25 minutes away and offers lighthouses, lobster and Maine hospitality. This guest room has a full size bed that is stacked with pillows and an antique quilt, dresser and closet space. The bathroom boasts of a shower as well as a claw foot bathtub should you wish to lay back and relax. There is a television, and an air conditioner in the warmer months as well as a ceiling fan as an alternative.

The Terrace Apartment

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. We offers 4 apartments to rent by the night, or week in the summer (Breakfast for additional fee). Long term September-May for the traveling professional (no breakfast). Each unit has 1-2 bedrooms, full kitchen and private bathroom. All situated on the norther head of Messalonskee Lake. Gorgeous sunrise and sunsets from your private balcony. This charming 1850's renovated property you do not want to miss.

Our farm has magnificent views and is walking distance to Savade Pond. We are twelve minutes from Augusta and forty minutes from the coastal cities of Camden, Rockland and Belfast. In room, (granola, yogurt, juice, coffee and milk) self-serve breakfast for two is included per day. Room is on the second floor up one flight of steps.

Our innkeeping-family has been welcoming guests to the the Blue Hill Peninsula of Maine since July 4, 1889. In the distance, you can see the Pumpkin Island Lighthouse and even the Camden Hills! Our guests also have access to the Blue Dot and Yellow Dot trails that lead up to a phenomenal view of the waterfront from Lookout Rock.

Rustic Cabin on Maine Farm

We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful farm. The cabin has a great connection to nature. It is a quiet, cozy and romantic place. The cabin has a queen bed in the downstairs bedroom and a double bed in the loft. The couch also folds-out to double bed in the sitting room. When reserving the cabin, please register all people over 2 years old. The cabin does not have any heat, but we provide loads of comfy blankets and warm tea to make sure you are comfortable.

Located near the tip of Blue Hill Peninsula, Brooklin, Maine offers a quiet retreat a bit over a one hour drive of Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. You will receive an amazing, hot served breakfast each morning. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, great hospitality and the historic building.

My colonial home is surrounded by rolling fields and Maine woods for exploring but you are only a 20 minute drive away from Bangor, 40 minutes away from Belfast and an hour to Acadia National Park. This space is ideal if you are vacationing in mid-coast Maine but do not want to pay tourist prices at a Bed & Breakfast.
