Former Victorian Townhouse Turned Boutique Retreat

Bedroom 1- Kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, chest of drawers and hanging rail. Bedroom 2- Double bed, chest of drawers and coat hooks. Living room- TV with Amazon Firestick, Netflix. Large DVD collection and DVD player. 2 x comfy sofas. Dining table with benches to seat 4. Kitchen- very well equipped for those who love to cook. Microwave, Dualit toaster and kettle, gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine including coffee pods. Bathroom- with bath and shower over bath. The apartment is accessed by its own staircase. The parking space is right next to the apartment. I am a Cambridge local and happy to share my knowledge if you need any tips, recommendations or advice. I am a new host and keen to make sure my guests have the best stay possible! Please get in touch if you encounter any problems and I will do my best to rectify them as soon as possible. Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, the apartment just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The historic city center, home to the city’s most famous landmarks, is also within easy walking distance. Buses run regularly and stop on Hills road. The train station is 5 mins walk away. Most places of interest are easily walked to or cycled to. Parking for 1 car is provided. There is short stay pay and display parking for additional vehicles near by but it may be difficult to park a second car for longer periods.

The Orchard Apartment

The Orchard studio apartment offers spacious accommodation; own entrance hall, shower/bathroom, kitchenette including, air fryer, hot plate, microwave, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, sink. Also large living/sleeping room, Juliette balcony with open views over stunning countryside. We are located in the quiet historic village of Landbeach, situated about 4 miles north of Cambridge Center and 2 miles from the Cambridge Science Park. Landbeach offers excellent links to the M11, A14 (A1) and the A10.

Stunning lodge in idyllic setting, near Cambridge

Unwind completely in this detached private lodge, overlooking a natural pond, abundant with wildlife. Breathe the fresh air. Listen to the birds. Relax. The lodge is perfectly designed and fully equipped, a truly comforting retreat. Within 10 minutes walk there’s a butcher, baker, deli, cafe and restaurants.  Lovely walks across open countryside lead to some of the best eateries in the area. Explore museums and galleries, and enjoy theatre, festivals and punting in historic Cambridge and Ely.

Artist Studio

Minutes walk from the station and city centre - this self-contained, Artist's Studio has a sleep/dining/work area and a mezzanine sleeping space and is full of light. Anyone is welcome to stay here - you don't have to be an artist - whether you are in business, an academic, sightseer, musician, 2 individuals or a couple - everyone likes the tranquil environment and the easy access to Cambridge and the lively Mill Road. NOTE. Not for small children and some with mobility issues - check photos.

Barn Cottage on the edge of Milton Country Park

A delightful & characterful detached self catering cottage in a country setting, on the edge of Milton Country Park with a king sized bed. Placed on a no through road directly leading to the river tow path into the city making it perfect for cyclists. We are on the door step for Cambridge city, Science & Business Parks, Cambridge North Railway Station, Milton Country Park & walks along the River Cam. Free parking. Tea, coffee and sugar is provided. We are unable to accept children or animals.

Snug, welcoming Guest House in Comberton

Hazelnut Studio is a pretty, one bed guest house located in the garden of a Grade II listed cottage. It is situated 5 miles away from the historic university city of Cambridge, which is easy to reach by car, bus or bike via a good cycle route. There is free on-street parking next to the studio. The guest house itself has a modern feel with a new bathroom, a table and chairs and a new, comfy queen-sized bed. You will also have access to a patio with an outdoor dining area and a pretty garden.

The river is less than 1 min walk away - viewed from the entrance to the property. 10 mins walk to characterful pubs & restaurants, the railway station, 4 supermarkets. 15mins walk to the historic cathedral. Enjoy a leafy secluded area of our courtyard garden with a tinkling fountain. A car space available by request. We live next-door - available to answer queries.

This beautifully designed space features a king-sized bed and plush sofa, complemented by underfloor heating and black-out blinds, ensuring a cozy atmosphere. This garden retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility with a private outdoor seating area. Parking is not available on the premises however parking areas nearby can be recommended.

The Bakehouse: former bakery in idyllic village

The Bakehouse is a totally self contained, newly renovated characterful detached annex to the left of our house. We also have "The Cob" and "The Barn", each suitable for 2 adults. Situated in a quiet position overlooking historic Thriplow's village green. Just a minute's walk and you reach the award winning community run gastro pub or well stocked village shop. Only 8 miles from the city of Cambridge, so perfect for anyone visiting or working in Cambridge or the surrounding area.

The Apple Barn

Located within easy reach of the historic city of Cambridge and adjacent to the RSPB's extensive nature reserves, this Apple Barn is a 2 bedroom property in an edge of village location offering spacious accommodation for 4 people. It benefits from off-street parking and an enclosed garden. Excellent transport links to both Cambridge and St Ives. Perfect location for walking, cycling or birding enthusiasts. The local stretch of the Great Ouse offers both boating and fishing
