Inside, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, and just outside the dining area you’ll find a gas grill for easy barbecuing. The three bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged and include a California king, a queen, and two twin beds, all with quality mattresses for a great night’s sleep. The primary bedroom is located on the opposite end of the home for added privacy. The king and queen bedrooms have their own smart TVs and DVD players, and the primary bedroom has a comfortable seating area for watching TV or movies. The living room has a huge, comfortable sofa, a telescope for distant viewing, a large DVD collection, and a selection of books and games to enjoy. The outdoor spaces are just as inviting. The front deck off the living room has immense ocean views and Hearst Castle can be seen on a clear day. There are comfy deck chairs and a small seating area for enjoying a cup of coffee while overlooking the ocean. In the backyard, the elevated wood deck has patio table seating for four, while the lower stone patio offers additional seating—perfect for dining outdoors, enjoying a glass of wine, or relaxing under the stars. Turn on the fountain for some added ambiance, or enjoy the rumble of crashing ocean waves. Location Highlights Located just across Highway 1, you’re minutes from Cambria’s Main Street, where you’ll find local shops, cafés, and restaurants. Walk to Cambria Coffee Roasters for a morning pastry and locally roasted coffee, enjoy casual pizza or barbecue, or a fine dining restaurant. Cambria has most all of it. You are just steps away from scenic Fiscalini Ranch trails, great with your pup (yes, this is a dog-friendly home). Shamel Park and the famous Moonstone Beach are both nearby and ideal for oceanfront strolls, picnics, or beachcombing for jade and sea glass. A trip to Hearst Castle and a visit to the elephant seals beach is a must for the Cambria first time visitor.
