You are within an hour of the “Land between the Lakes” area. Area brochures available. You have a private patio, table, grill, Wi-fi, tv, games , children’s playground, and gazebo! NO PETS, ALLOWED! The Kitchen, laundry area, half bath, and living room on the first floor are shared living space. The private room for rent is upstairs with a private bathroom and large walk in closet in the room.
