Spacious 2/3 bedroom apartment in the peaceful location of Calis Beach. There is a supermarket, bus-stops, a bar and a restaurant within 300 metres of the apartment, while the Beach, Water Park, and all the beach front restaurants and Bars are all just 15 minutes walk away. Fethiye is a 10 minute bus (dolmus) ride away, with its bustling harbour, shops, boat trips and history. Ancient Lycian Tombs and the Amphitheatre. All areas of interest are easily reachable by foot or Dolmus. However, the Dolmus bus stop is 100 meters from the apartment.Beach and amenities are only 5 minutes with Dolmus. Dalaman International Airport is as close as 40 km. to the town centre. During the tourist season one can find many flights from major European cities to Fethiye besides the domestic flights throughout the year by Turkish Airlines. Additionally Antalya Airport, three –hour drive to Fethiye, is another departure point. Fethiye seaport with its sheltered natural structure is an important stop for yachtsmen. 1-bedroom apartment for two in peaceful Fethiye🌿 Filter coffee machine, washing machine, microwave, silverware set, fiber Wi-Fi, 50” Google TV(Smart TV with Netflix and TOD available), 2 air conditioners, hair dryer, iron, hangers. Shared swimming pool. Outdoor seating area in front of the apartment. Hot water by solar, with electric backup on cloudy days. Just a 10-minute walk to shops, restaurants, the park, and the nearest bus stop. Pets welcome, especially dogs!

Modern hillside flat with breathtaking sea views

Quiet top-floor flat with a wide terrace overlooking the bay - the kind of view that makes you put your phone down. The space is simple, clean, and stocked with what you need for a short stay. The area is peaceful, but it’s just a 10-minute walk to town or a quick drive to the beaches. There’s also a scenic forest hike up to the abandoned village of Kayaköy. We live nearby and try to keep everything smooth, thoughtful, and low-key so you can enjoy your stay.
