Solar-powered wine house located in the Landscape of Pico Island Vineyard Culture - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Just a couple of minutes driving from Madalena village, this traditional and remodeled wine house has its own vineyard on the backyard. A cozy space for two with a bedroom, kitchenette open to living room and a bathroom. The wine house is overlooking the ocean, Faial island and Pico mountain.

Outrora adega tradicional de vinho, construída por Francisco Paulo em 1980, esta moradia serviu durante muitos anos como local de produção e armazém do vinho da família Paulo. A adega foi remodelada e ampliada, mas mantêm os alçados tradicionais e a decoração e pormenores próprios dos tempos em que foi utilizada como adega. You will find this holiday home at Porto Calhau - only a 10 minutes drive from Madalena. There is one big bedroom for 5 people ( 1 double bed, and a bunk bed for 3 people), one living room with a kitchenette, bathroom with a shower and a toilette. It also has a terrace where you can enjoy beautiful sunset.

This house is beautiful, bright, well-equipped and ideal for tranquility in Horta. At 3 min. walk from the city center 3 from Praia da Conceição and 2 min. from the sea port. Local Housing no. 848 - If you are only 2, but want to use the 2 beds, an extra fee of 30 euros will be charged.

Stay in a dream lava home with a heated outdoor pool and an incredible sea view. Close to the sea, this lava house was fully restored from the ruins of a hundred-year-old lava house. We just installed the pool heating system so that, even in Winter, you can have a swim - Bliss!
