Explore sacred woodlands, gardens, mountain air, pond & stream in this lovingly tended medicinal plant, forest & wildlife sanctuary. Hygge Den is accessed through a working garage. Cozy Waterfront Apt - Steps from VAST/LVRT

Waterfront apartment - Ideal location for snowmobiling, biking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, fishing, swimming, etc. Backyard access to the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail and VAST Trail. The LVRT is a 4 season multi-use recreational trail currently 33 miles. Once completed, the trail will be 93 miles running through farms and forests, right into the downtown districts of VT's scenic communities. For snowmobilers, the VAST Trail boasts over 6000 miles of remarkable trails.

Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.
