My family and I had a great stay at Marlie’s. The place is good and spacious which is perfect for a big family! The owner is very responsive and answered all my questions quickly. I will make sure to recommend this place to my friends.

The place was great and we had everything we needed to have a good stay! The caretakers were very nice and they had all the things we didn't get to bring :) Staying here was worth the money!!

1. There are several rules and we agree to it 100%, if you are staying at someone's place people should respect it. 2. Jennelyn is excellent in replying to messages in a timely fashion. 3. Neneng, the caretaker looked after us well. I enjoyed having conversation with locals like her. We get to know what is happening around town. 4. Rooms were spacious, tidy & equipment all in working condition 5. We loved the place that we ended up extending for another night. 6. Fresh new water being pumped when we arrive. It turns on automatically, if it doesn't Neneng is made aware and she dealt with it. 7. Water temp - I would prefer if its hotter a little bit. During the night, water temp goes down, it gets a bit cool to dip in the morning even with the top up. 8. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place. I just couldn't sleep as neighbouring guests are on their Karaoke in wee hours & are so loud that is beyond control. Have a fabulous time everyone! Thank you Jennelyn & Neneng

My family celebrated my mom's birthday here, and they have been well looked after by Alice, her husband, and Sir Wilmore. Such a peaceful and relaxing place. Very responsive host as well. Thank you very much and we highly recommend this place :)

The place was absolutely amazing! Super clean, spacious, and very relaxing—perfect for a peaceful getaway. The caretaker was incredibly kind and accommodating, which made the stay even better. There were so many activities to enjoy, so there was never a dull moment. It’s definitely a family-friendly spot and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing staycation. Would definitely come back!

Overall stay is superb. Modern design, peaceful ang place and kumpleto sa gamit. Mabait and helpful ang caretakers. Pool is heated din for 3 hours but we decided to use it during the night. Madami CR and shower area but mejo may kahinaan lang ung pressure ng tubig sa 2nd floor especially ung bidet but mejo ok naman sa CR sa ground. The Karaoke sound quality is mejo sabog pero baka di lang namin alam iadjust or itimpla ung amplifier pero nagamit naman namin. For the Bedrooms, Malamig ang aircon but the pillows lang is manipis na mejo hindi na comfortable lalo kung tig iisa lang per person. And pinakamaganda dito is pet friendly din sila. Thumbs up din kay Ms. Gesika for the quick response to our queries even late at night. This place is highly recommended for family gatherings or small group events. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb for our family gathering on December 25th. The place itself is fantastic for groups, and we especially appreciated that the towels were provided after a slight miscommunication. The caretaker was incredibly kind and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Thank you for being a great host and for welcoming us in the farm. The farm was everything that we’re expecting and more. Special mention to the three welcoming gentlemen (Amiel, Ilong, and manong whose name I forgot to ask) who were all very approachable and kind to assist us when we needed help. The house that we stayed in was very lovely and just right for us. My family enjoyed our peace and quiet stay that we found at the farm, especially my mom who celebrated her 63rd birthday over the weekend. She wants me to let you know that you have a wonderful farm house and garden. She’s eager for us to go back again. We would love to come back soon. Thank you ma’am Rona ☺️

Great place for family gathering!

Very nice place!! The hosts are very friendly and tentative. They helped out my family on everything they needed and were very helpful. Awesome place to rent if you have a big party/family.

Robert was very quick to respond to my queries. Upon check-in, the staff were very courteous. They assisted us every step of the way. The manager on the other hand was also gracious when it came to our requests. The place was big, and the pool and rooms are exactly what you see in the picture. The place itself is picturesque and it’s advisable for big groups/family outings. I had a great birthday celebration/surprise engagement party here! Will never forget this awesome experience at Montvida. ♥️

My family and I had a fantastic time staying at this villa! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The house is big and cozy — perfect for a group getaway. However, the place could use better maintenance. Some of the lights near the pool weren't working, so it was a bit dark at night. Water supply was also a bit unstable at times. There were quite a lot of mosquitoes, but they did provide katol and Off lotion which helped. On the bright side, the caretakers were very accommodating and kind. They even cleaned up some of the mess we made from the night before right away (sorry po). With a few improvements, this place could be even better.

Perfect place to chill with family

We love the place and my parents enjoyed their time with their grandkids. We were able to celebrate my mother's birthday at this cozy house. The weather is great even during this very hot summer month. We we're so amazed on how the weather is so cooling compared to Manila and other provinces. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again. My nephews had a lot of fun using their inside pool. We also recommend this place to our relatives in case they visit Tagaytay. Ms. Dan is a great host and very responsive therefore it’s an easy 5 star from me. Thank you again Ms. Dan!

Had an amazing stay, everyone from my company said they love the place! Will definitely book this again on our next company outing. Highly recommended! Caretaker is also accommodating. And lots of shop outside and walking distance from the resort. Overall Experience 10/10!

One of the best resorts we’ve rented! No curfew for music so we really enjoyed and had fun without worrying about being loud. The place gave us full privacy, the caretaker was respectful and never bothered us. We brought our 2 huskies and they were totally okay with it!! ☺️ no hesitation at all. No extra charges or hidden fees, just pure good vibes. Warm water, clean place, and super relaxing overall. The host is super kind and accommodating. Definitely going back! 🥳

Great staycation for a family of 10 and two children. Caretaker is always available for any queries and things that you need. Place is clean and pool was just newly filled making it very warm. Pool size is massive as well as the activity area, kitchen and parking. Fresh towels and blankets were provided. We spent an amazing Christmas. This is home away from home! Few minor mishaps, fridge not cooling, drainage in the bathroom not flowing well.
