This fabulous penthouse apartment is located within the exclusive Turtle Tail Marina and next to the late singer Prince's house. This newly built 3 large en suite bedroom apartment offers beautiful ocean and marina views from every room and balconies. Our one bedroom apartment is set underneath the main house with its own private access and screened-in deck complete with a gas BBQ, surrounded by the lovely local vegetation and our swimming pool and sun deck. The apartment has a near constant breeze coming through from Bottle Creek which is only a few minutes walk away, making it perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking, bonefishing or swimming. We are also a five minute drive from the nearest beach.
