We came here for Easter weekend and had a wonderful time! The place is absolutely perfect for a family or small group of friends. My daughter loved the gardens and looking at the chickens next door, the kitchen was super well equipped, the house is super cosy for a nice movie by the fire and Julie was a very helpful and friendly host. I would recommend it wholeheartedly. It's also only about 30 minutes' drive to Cardiff and 25 minutes drive to other attractions like St Fagan's Museum, so it's ideal if you're looking to explore the area. There's a great pub across the road too.

We really enjoyed our week long stay at Cascade House in such a lovely setting with the gorgeous gardens. The kitchen was well equipped so we stayed in and cooked a few times We picked the location as it was midway for Cardiff and the lower part of the Brecon Beacons where we wanted to do a couple of walks. Everything was perfect. Thank you Philip & Stig for making us so welcome

Darren house was simply lovely. He and Kat are the most perfect hosts. Their house is super clean and well organised. There were delicious and thoughtful treats left for us. The kitchen and bathroom was exceptionally well stocked and there were lots of games for adults and children to play. There is a cute little garden area to sit and enjoy a morning coffee. Darren provided a huge amount of information regarding visiting local historical places of interest with top tips and recommendations for local shops and restaurants. A highly recommended place to stay when visiting Wales. Thanks so much guys we really appreciated your kind hospitability. We will be back.

Lovely house in a peaceful area

This place is beautiful. The decor is outstanding and extremely clean. The photos don’t do it justice. Thank you so much for the lovely welcome pack. So thoughtful. We visit Ebbw Vale a lot and I hope we will Be able to stay again. I was very sad to leave. Thank you so much for being great hosts 😊

We had a wonderful weekend at Thomas's place. The house is pristine and so well equipped - from the comfortable beds to the relaxing garden. Thomas has obviously spent time an consideration thinking about what his guests might need. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all round! Thomas was courteous and friendly in his messages, we had no issues, but I am sure if we did he would sort it! The house is conveniently located - everything within walking distance - shops, pubs, restaurants, the castle and train station. A perfect base for visiting Wales! We will definitely book again.

Rob is a great host who definitely made that extra effort to make us welcome, and leaving us in no doubt that if we did needed anything he would be there to help. His apartment was immaculately clean and tidy and just as it was described, we were not disappointed. The location of the property to city center is excellent just being a short walk away. The secured on site parking was also worry free and very convenient. We all enjoyed our weekend stay at Rob's greatly, and look forward to returning in the future.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Liz's and would highly recommend if you're ever in Cardiff. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and we made use of it. I was also able to do some work with a desk and good internet connection. it was wonderfully decorated and we found ourselves distracted by all the artwork surrounding us. Liz was a fantastic host and we'd recommend to anyone.

Only stayed 1 night at Kay’s, really lovely place. The scenery and river are beautiful. There were so many welcoming touches such as milk in the fridge, breakfast items etc

Everything you could ask for. Delyth and Wayne were very friendly and helpful. The Annex was comfortable and spotless. Highly recommend it!

Everything was easy. Great pad for a family of four. Fab location, within easy walking distance of the city centre and bay area. Would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay very clean well presented. Lots of towels blankets not that they were needed . Well equipped kitchen . We didn’t actually spend much time i. The flat because we were sharing Christmas with my daughter and 3 grandchildren . Bed was comfy . We have a christening coming soon so definitely would look to stay there again . Great location for llantwit and marcross where my daughter lives .

My husband and I had a great time over Easter. Fab walks from the doorstep both up the mountains and low level and also very beautiful surroundings. Walked to the local pub, friendly and good food. Liz and Steve were also friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend and we hope to return.

Thanks to the cozy and clean room, we were able to look forward to the rest of our trip even more on the first night. The beautifully maintained front garden conveyed a warm heart for the people staying here.

A beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable and everything you could possibly need for a short stay. The hosts have very thoughtfully anticipated everything their guests might need. Furnished and equipped to a high standard. Really excellent value for money, so much nicer than staying in a pokey hotel but a similar price. Just perfect, thank you.

I stayed here whilst attending a conference at Celtic Manor. It was an ideal location with the added benefit of free parking. The apartment was beautifully presented and had everything that I needed for a four night stay.

Kevin is a great host and his place is lovely, well facilitated and in extremely convenient location. The surroundings provide all you need whether it’s a good restaurant, shopping or market visit. Kevin is very helpful and accommodating to allow us to have an early check in, which are very helpful for us to settle in right away. He is friendly, helpful, proactive and thoughtful in the provisions in the house, the kitchen and the bathroom. It’s one of the best Airbnb I have stayed in.

Fantastic break away for our anniversary. The Cwtch was absolutely spotless! Perfect location, lovely and peaceful and Emma was super helpful and a brilliant host. 10/10 would recommend
